So, i watched a certain video. There was this sound . Same as this one. They turned it into data, calculated , turned it into a text that tirned into QR code, which leaded to a password for a file.

The truth this can be some kidnd of message. Did someone decoded it yet?

Well we have pretty good hunch that numbers stations in general are often used to communicate with either military or intelligence agency assets, sometimes spies, in foreign countries, or in places where clandestine communication is necessary to receive information and orders. My guess in this particular case is that information is being broadcast to political assets in Ukraine.

See Russia has always sent people in to countries like the Ukraine in an attempt to "persuade" people to support Russia, especially when Russia is attempting to annex that country. They keep these assets there for other purposes as well I'm sure, but whatever they are doing there, I believe this is who the broadcasts are intended for. Think about it like this...If these were broadcasts of a military nature, or were meant to communicate with some regular branch or whatever, why not just use ordinary channels? The only reason to communicate messages to someone in such a way would be when you don't want to risk sending the information in other manners.

You would rather have your asset be able to use a standard consumer radio than to have any equipment that could be viewed as clandestine in nature. Having a receiver is not necessarily uncommon, but I would bet that it is something that could potentially be found and used as evidence in the event the asset is discovered. I'm not positive of any of this, but I'm just saying it is possible, and somewhat logical.

But I would definitely think the only people who would need to get messages this way are deep cover operatives or something like that. But there is the possibility that the station is for some other purpose, but it is generally accepted that numbers stations, since all superpowers seem to have them, are clandestine in nature. They are obviously transmitting codes of some type on most occasions, otherwise there would be no point to broadcasting meaningless numbers to nobody. So I would guess that this has something to do with the developments in Ukraine, thus why it started only recently.

So you say the station is active because Russia as send spies and that is how they get messages? This is quiet reasonable since the station apparently was active 1970. It is quiet obvious that they send them to control ukraina. The while point is they to keep Krim.

Then who were they broadcasting to when it was still the USSR era? The Buzzer's been running since the late 1970's, I think. That's an awful long time to broadcast to some deep undercover trying to meddle with some, as of then, non-existent government...

It's mind games... If it were codes they would be broken by now.

This got me thinking what if like in wrestling when the two opponents huddle in and tell each other their next move

The superpowers are doin the same thing only on a larger scale using number stations?

CIA, KGB, and mi5 working together to bring about ww3?

Just a thought

These number stations have been going for years. The most logical of all assumed answers for them is to communicate with spies in other countries. I scan shortwave bans about once a week listening for them.

The buzzer coming back on is an ominus sign. Russia is going to make a major move in the next forty eight hours.

Prepare for fireworks my friends. Time to grab your marshmallows, whiskey and a news channel out side of the US to watch what unfolds.

UZB76 has gone silent. I heard beeps for the last ten minutes now there is nothing.

I was an active ham radio operator during the time of the Soviet/US "Cold War." A few number stations operated within the bands allocated to ham radio.

This is not a good thing.

Could you elaborate a little please? Would love to know more

I stayed at military at a young age so i am a bit familiar with whats being said in the video is the announcer saying targeted codes for a location for a recent coded already targeted strike area?

There are few us bases where the plane went missing. Its not like they targeted the plane with something from space.

Please do elaborate a bit more.

If the time and location is being announced...

Then this is an activation code and set of numbers. Someone or somewhere, this has already been deciphered and put into effect. Either with just one person or a group of people. Number stations are key to unlocking plans that may change the course of history, or just tell people where and when to meet as a group in order to get more directions.

Either way, the meaning of this is not to be taken lightly.
Unless proven a hoax or otherwise.

Number stations are used to convey orders to deep cover agents. Two way radios and mobile phones can be monitored and traced. It is possible to prove that two individuals spoke with one another, thus endangering their deep covers. Since shortwave is strictly one way communication, it is impossible to determine who the intended receiver was. An agent would be given a set of instructions: Tune in to this frequency every day at, say, 1.00 AM. If all you hear is a tone, the transmitter is working but you have no new orders. If you hear a series of numbers, you will execute the orders those numbers signify. The code numbers are unique, known only to the agent and his control. There is no codebook, and no way for the single use code to be decoded.

Why is this bad news? Given the events in Central Europe, agents provocateurs are probably being activated in Poland and the Baltic nations. Russian sponsored 'fascists' may start attacking Russian targets, justifying Putin sending in troops to protect the innocent 'ethnic Russian minorities.'

Yes, trade unions and ultra-nationalist neo-Nazi groups are widely infiltrated by Russian spies. They have been for nearly a hundred years now. I thought everyone knew that.

During 2010, listeners reported increased activity of the station, which spurred on further monitoring and allowed listeners to "catch" more of the messages which would have otherwise gone unnoticed.[1][12] On June 5, 2010, UVB-76 went silent for approximately 24 hours, resuming the normal buzzing pattern on the morning of June 6. At 1335 UTC on August 23, 2010 a voice message was broadcast:

"UVB-76, UVB-76. 93 882 NAIMINA 74 14 35 74" (Recording of August 23rd transmission)[13][14][15]
Two days later, on August 25 at 0713 UTC, the signal went silent again, followed by a series of thumping sounds apparently in the same room as the open microphone. It was followed by a hail of electronic noise, which then faded again into the buzzer broadcast. Later that same day, voices were heard conversing loudly behind the buzzer.[16] Another voice broadcast was made at 1648 UTC on September 7:

What was the conversation about?
