Well after much deep thought .....

What a bizarre thread. Post and/or quote some rather inflammatory statements as truth. Wait to see how truly thoughtful people will respond, and laugh at them. Reminds me of kids in my neighborhood who would go to the pedestrian freeway overpass and drop rocks on cars driving under. They would then hide in the bushes and watch the victims deal with broken windshields and in one case, death. About the same level of humor and humanity.

Just because a nutjob says something you agree with or find funny, doesn't make it true. It just means you share humor and ideals with a nutjob. Though I guess if that's the case, it's way easier to point and laugh with the nutjob, rather than face the fact that you condone insanity.

I never said they were all truth, I stated they were HER quotes and quotes only even though I agree with lots of them.

None of these conservatives can hold a candle to any peer reviewed academic anywhere whether "conservative," or "liberal." A free exchange of ideas does not take place in the midst of emotional bombast. The spectrum of serious discussions and research is observational, eventuating in control. You do not effectuate control through dimwitted propaganda, that is merely a distraction.

What you have here is jingoism, whose banner "ignorance is strength," proves an extension of government and its information apparatus, has a certain science fiction approach. But it abandoned the idea of Jetson cars when it sponsores such distractions.

I speak as a Republican, and a conservative who participates. People such as Limbaugh and Coulter, are nothing more than useful idiots in the scheme of things. Unfortunately some of their less than useful commentaries detract from the sober communion that constitutes actual good government. Sadly their appeal while popular and dare I say within a sphere of the "knee jerk," variety does little service to clear thinking.

Should I need say it again, not much of Limbaugh and others, currently has intellectual appeal to an IQ much above room temperature. They are the junk food of conservatives, and for that matter anyone having political power. Now their IQ factor rises substantially when Democrats are in power, but you can just go back to sleep when they think, that they themselves are in power.
