I just love the thoughts that come from such a story.
That could make one heck of a sci-fi movie in several ways/stories.

Anything that gets me thinking like that is awesome!

It's a thermal something-or-other. Somewhere in the BK sat threads is a comparison photograph.

Nobody wants to admit that the Nazis put a satellite into orbit with a modified V-2 long before everybody else did. That would put a wrinkle into the U.S./Russian propaganda flags about space exploration being a lofty goal for all humankind.

The V2 wasn't big enough to put such a satellite in orbit.

Your article says that it was americans that launched captured v-2s... So was it the nazis or was it the US?

THERE IS NO BLACK KNIGHT!!! This has been so utterly and completely debunked soooooo many times. Why does this garbage keep popping up?!

Since you will not post a link. I did some research. I read about the corona project that ran from 1959-1972.

The BK could have been off one of the spy satellites or was one. I'm not fully convinced, but Jim Oberg seems to know his S***.

Calm down

Thanks.

Yep, just read it. Thanks.

Something about the rim on the toilet analogy. Lol

if they can't bring it in peacefully so they can study it, I wonder if they will try to shoot it down, I mean it is the government way, LOL.

Where's Oberg when you need him?
A link to his article was posted in the 7th post in this thread:

www.abovetopsecret.com...
I think it's the 2nd link, which goes to a 2010 thread where his article was posted.

Then there was a 2013 thread where Oberg said he's already said his piece, which I took to mean he's not going to repost his article every time a new thread pops up on this, so he didn't even post the link there with his comment. And now we have another thread on it here.

This isn't my thread. People need to do searches for this stuff.

Certainly not the V-2s we were told about. Were we ever told about them all? Or all the modifications that were done on them? Or other larger rockets that the Nazis were working on? What about the ghost rockets? The payload would be small. The needed thrust might be within reach.

I believe they don't "pull it in" or even come close enough to examine it because they can't. The technology to put that in a polar orbit and it's said, 13,000 years ago at that, we are not allowed to intervene.

Usually that helps but in this case, someone already posted a link to the information so all they really had to do was read the thread and follow the links, since someone had tried to save them the trouble of searching. Lots of people post without reading the thread though.

So debunk it. Your comment is completely moot. Please back up your claim.

I don't need to. All you need to do is search this site. This is a dead horse all day long. DEAD. HORSE. But hey, you keep flogging away, amigo...

Wrong, this site has not debunked it. What they have debunked (and it was even debunked by believers in the thing) was the pictures which turned out to be a thermal blanket. There is still no explanation for signals reportedly being received by it (long delay echo is ruled out) or for the object in polar orbit long before either the US or Soviets were capable of such a thing.

Did you not see my question?
You article says that the v-2s being launched we captured by americans and launched in the US....
So did the US launch this sat you are talking about or Nazis?

See. The thing is, there have been objects in polar orbits for quite a while.
See. The thing is, why connect a few "mysterious" things and make them all the same thing?

Because it makes a good tale. That's why. BK is a good tale, and that's about it.

A satellite is capable of achieving "orbit", whereas the process of air dropping cameras and using rockets to send them aloft was not new, but not done to that degree. In essence it is NOT a satellite in scientific or engineering terms due to this so it wasnt much to brag about except being the first to achieve such a height, though at that period those records were being broken on a regular basis, hence why the launch of sputnik stood out since it achieved the ability to orbit, but pretty much we were on the same page as well and a bit later did the same thing.

(Id imagine if the device was "alien" or other worldy and mechanical in some fashion the BK would NOT be in orbit at all around the earth, it would be in a stationary orbit in an area called a Lagrange point. Because ya know its getting a bit crowded up there.)

Thanks for all the contributions to the thread. I am enjoying reading and learning new stuff. Keep it coming !

I had to go reading up on Lagrange points since it keeps coming up. Here is a tuby demo on them.

L1, L2 and L3 are less stable points and objects would eventually drift back into orbit.

However, an object placed in L4 or L5 could drift around for millions of years in a kidney bean shape orbit. There have been proposals to put space habitats in L4 or L5.

wow, L4 and L5 are perfectly inline with the moon. If the BKS is in-fact some sort of ET device maybe it is keeping the moon from going out of wack, after all, if something happens to the moon we are all affected down here on Earth.
