Im pretty sure the gvernment funding illegal coups is the american one, as is the one that puts those dictators you speak about in power too, south and centrl america are good examples.

To be honest I never came across the original article until a couple hours after. I checked the validity of the site posted to the pertaining article and it was legitimate so there was no cause for concern to trace it back to the original as the author was credited.

I have no earthly idea.... however the Ukraine protest footage shows clearly sniper fire coming from the opposite direction of the opposing forces. "friendly fire" ...
