What's going on Idea

We are what 2 or 3 days into the month of March -- depending on your timezone and placing in the world. Yesterday we seen A terrorist attack in CHINA, Ukraine get invaded, and extreme weather hitting much of the US -- from my understanding. My area -- West Virginia, USA -- is supposed to get 6-10 inches of snow tonight (WOA!?) lol.

On top of all that, we have Venezuela Egypt, Syria, and probably a dozen others all under in a nutshell -- Civil War. We had Russia have a terrorist attack.

What I am getting at is, does this year seem more active for violence than the last several?

We should make a thread -- this one is good placement since it's to do with the matter -- of all the events as they happen in one thread.

By Events I mean like the Ukrainian, and China Attack. Then maybe compile it in a database at the end of the year -- or even as we go along -- to make easier referencing when the information is needed?

Eta. Yes this year seems to have wasted no time.

Yes, this year has been very active so far. February 2014 was absolutely crazy, so many things happening at once, while all eyes were diverted to Sochi. Ukraine, Bosnia, China, Venezuela, the dead bankers...plus all the events still ongoing from last year (such as the crisis in Thailand and armed conflict in Burma), it feels like we've seen a year's worth of political uproar in barely two months, and it shows no sign of stopping.

I get the feeling that things are just starting! It's sad -- but for some reason I just want them to pick up and end instead of pulling our genitals to put it blatant. Then i remember Sunday school -- criticize I don't care lol -- which leads me to believe the events shall not end -- we all know the story, no need to go into it lol. I just want life without worry again, you know?

I often, in the last few months to a year, think back to WW2, and think about how awful it must have been. To think it could be much worse is difficult to even fathom.
