Aww sending you big hugs and love, im glad that your Mum is feeling better! and im glad you still went out with Linda aswell, because its important you take that time out from everything and relax and have a day out where you don't have too think about everything going on and share a laugh too help the mind relax and release some happy chemicals in too your body!

I hope things pick up for you soon, its so hard being stuck feeling like that I know how it feels I suffer depression and its so hard to focus on improving your mental health when there is so much negative stuff going on that is somewhat keeping you down.
