You believe him in THIS TRIAL because you want to. You believe him because he's saying things you want to hear. You believe him because he's saying things that make you think it's going to result in something bad happening to Trump. It doesn't have anything to do with him being a credible witness....because he absolutely isn't a credible witness.

He is actively selling T shirts that have a picture of Trump behind bars on them, that right there is grounds for a mistrial.

That was a false claim made by the defense, which btw made them look incompetent. Meidas touch sells the anti-Trump merchandise and Cohen happens to do a podcast on the Meidas Touch network, his not personally selling that merchandise.
bwahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you lie just like Cohen.

Yep. You've been following the case because you think it's going to end in something bad happening to Trump. They could put literally Satan on the stand saying the exact same stuff that Cohen is saying and you'd eat the slop right up just like you are with Cohen. You believe it because you want it to be true, nothing more.

Ok, so I guess his obviously plugging them because they have his podcast name on it, it’s still the Meidas Touch network that are selling them though.

The the right wing media were portraying as if he was down there on 5th Avenue personally selling them out the back of his car or something.

For the life of me I cannot understand this Stormy Daniels thing. She should have been on the stand for 1 question only "Did you take the money"? Everything else is just salacious slime throwing because all the actions/details that were supposed to have happened were consensual, she did it willingly, so that should not even be an issue.

But it’s not about the money.

It’s about the timing and campaign contributions.

This criminal trial is using a willful misinterpretation of federal campaign finance law in order to make a state misdemeanor into a state felony when the statute of limitations on the misdemeanor has run.

And yet — here we are.

It's about a misdemeanor book keeping title entry question that is past the statute of limitations, that the democrats have warped into claiming it's about a campaign contribution felony and within statute of limitations ... which is absurd. That's what it's about.

No, it’s about Trump deliberately disguising a hush money payment as a ‘legal fee’ to hide it from the public during an election… which is illegal.

He could’ve just paid Stormy and declared it as a hush money payment and there would’ve been nothing illegal about it, but Trump didn’t want to have to declare it so he broke the law… allegedly.

Trump didn't. The accounts MAYBE did. AND, above ALL ELSE -- Cohen did at the "invoice" level. Cohen's been trapped again by his own stupidity and will probably face new charges himself roflol.

Cohen has offered no proof at all that Trump ordered the invoicing or the accounting methods. 😀

Here's Cohen's theme song when he goes to prison again.....

If Trump was hiding something with these deals, he would have used cash. Cohen admitted Trump knew nothing until long after the facts. And Cohen even borrowed money to pay the Broads off. 🤣🤣

But he didn't even pay Cohen nor list the expenses until after he was in the Oval Office. That kind of makes your agrument ignorant on it's face. Like WTF are you even talking about ignorant.

“They” keep wanting it to be what “they” want it to be.

Not what it is.

It just indicates Trump went to great lengths to distance himself from the the illegal act.

If Trump had nothing to do with it, then why did he pay Cohen back at all? In installments no less to hide it as ‘legal fees’…. and even paid extra to cover the taxes!

Also, if Cohen went rogue as the defense claim, then why was Trump still praising Cohen as a good lawyer after the fact?

It’s as clear as day Trumps guilty, the only question is can they prove it to the jury.

That’s probably why he was Trumps personal lawyer, because he’d go to great lengths to cover Trumps tracks.

If Mikie was covering for Trump he would have been able to prove it. Those kind of lawyers keep very meticulous records to cover ass, and they don't make dozens of stupid mistakes. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Reports: Trump’s Defense Lawyer Accuses Cohen of Lying About ‘Hush Money’ Phone Call

During cross-examination of Cohen in Trump’s business records trial, one of Trump’s defense attorneys, Todd Blanche, pressed Cohen about the call, which occurred just after 8:00 p.m. that autumn evening and was to Trump’s bodyguard, Keith Schiller, reports say. The Hill notes Cohen claimed he spoke to Trump on the call about a payment to Daniels. Blanche was apparently suggesting he contacted Schiller about harassing calls from a teenage prankster.
