Why certain politicians, government employees and celebrities suddenly turn on Trump!?

During Trump’s time as president we have time after time seen people working for him suddenly change their way of; thinking, behaving and expressing themselves. All of a sudden these individuals are no longer working with the president but rather against him, some more subtle than others. I’m especially talking about the individuals who initially were onboard and politically inline with Trumps agenda (reason why they accepted the offered position in the first place) but later took a totally different stance.

We have also seen certain democrats and republicans all of a sudden show strange inconsistent work-based behaviour in relation to how they previously acted when addressing the same situation or topic in the past. This also goes for the celebrities who all of a sudden started to smear and ridicule Donald Trump, seemingly being a mouthpiece for the Democrats and the biased MSM.

These current reactions and statements against Trump from famous people is mind boggling because before Trump got elected celebrities were always careful about voicing their opinion. Simply because their manager and employer deemed it non beneficial for their celebrity to say the wrong thing and therefore losing parts of their fanbase. But obviously these people think different now and they don't have any problem talking politics or sticking their heads out to voice their radical opinion. This new behaviour is interesting and worrying but I’m more worried about a different group of people. I’m thinking about the disgraceful, childish and desperate behaviour showed by democrat politicians and pro-democrat government employees when either being questioned or is questioning the opposition in different government hearings and press related outlets regarding Trump and his work.

Here is an example of Robert Mueller’s biased behaviour while working on the “Report on the Investigation into Russian Interference in the 2016 Presidential Election”

In the links above it truly seem like the people are ashamed of their biased and unprofessional behaviour that they continuously maintain when the topic involves Trump. Almost like they know what they are doing is wrong and that the behaviour they display might result in the downfall of their trustworthiness and career.

So why are they acting this way? Why are they knowingly ridiculing themselves, their profession and long time career? Why aren’t they doing their job with honesty and self-respect? And mostly of all, why are they suddenly displaying a different behaviour and character after Trump got into power?

This sudden change of character can be awarded to many people during Trump’s presidency. And the close-knitted and repetitive mainstream anti-Trump news often highlight this behaviour in hope to further display “proof” of Trumps unpopularity and crazed character.

The mainstream medias take on this sudden irrational behaviour of Trump staffers, government employees and democratic politicians is of course all due to Trumps incompetent way of leading the country, his arrogance or simply because the individual finally summoned up the courage to tell the president how they really felt.

For a person with the ability to think for themselves, eyes to see and ears to hear, it’s painfully obvious that certain people in power started to behave drastically different after Donald Trump got elected and started to highlight major corruption and wrongdoing both nationally and worldwide. People who ignore common sense and instead focus their time on sabotaging the presidents solutions and reputation. Elected politicians who day after day play childish stalling strategies, halting propositions coming from republicans instead of doing their job. Which should be; working for a better society. And their horrific and childish behaviour results in further suffering for all American citizens, the same people that pay their salaries through their taxes.

If I scratch your back you scratch mine

It’s not unusual for politicians to focus more on themselves than the citizens who voted them into power.

Many politicians rather focus on their own wellbeing, wealth and pleasing their investors than the citizens. One way this is being enabled is when individuals and companies are allowed to financially support politicians and/or parties. Why would super PAC’s give out billions of dollars to a candidate/party for free without any strings attached? One could say the main contributors basically own the politician they greased into power and that they want to see their invested money returned with interest when the supported politician or party get into power.

This is off course a common reason why some people in power all of a sudden make a drastic and unpredictable turn on a controversial matter. Or why a politician/president only partially upholds the political agenda they got elected on. Simply because the top people who financially supported their campaign now see a chance to cash in on their investment.

Here is an Example of Beto O’Rourke telling lies after lies live on CNN and calling Donald Trump a white nationalist, that Trump is encouraging violence, that Trump calls clansmen, white supremacies and neo nazis very fine people, that Trump calls Mexican immigrants rapists and criminals
www.youtube.com...

This video above is a good example of the obviously false accusations continuously made against Trump. Accusations that’s easy to debunk by viewing Trump’s statements in whole, no cherry picking, no word twisting. But this is the repetitive, desperate and bluntly false statements certain people in power continuously has been displaying against Trump since his presidential campaign started and during his whole presidency. These people made the statements while they logically should understand that viewers easily could fact check them and therefore rendering them and the message untrustworthy in the process. And the same goes for the majority of media outlets that time after time ignore their ethical code while bluntly choosing sides based on politics or money, instead of reporting the facts at hand.

youtu.be...

A mantra cult-members have to repeat to themselves to mentally inline with it to believe it. Almost like it’s pre rehearsed, a script given to certain people in power, people who have a great influence on the masses. But that’s a silly thought, isn’t it? A predetermined script supplied by a entity who wants to inflict a change that would benefit them if implemented. A predetermined script supplied to people in power who is pressed to say it. Because who knows, maybe if they refuse the advice to say the predetermined script or do the predetermined act their darkest most horrible secrets will come to light.

Campaign contributions from wealthy companies and individuals and revenue from advertisers can of course play a part in the behaviour of some people in power after the 2016 presidential election.
But I think there’s another aspect involved in their behaviour.

A aspect far more motivational, sinister and cardinal for the corrupted people in question.

Find an unthinkable secret and use it against them

What if there’s a secret about you, something so horrible, so unthinkable that it would destroy everything you worked for in seconds if it came to public attention. Something the average working citizen associate with the worst kind of monsters who deserves to spend the rest of their lives in a maximum security prison or get executed for.

I believe the MSM agenda is to blame for most of this. Trump has been the same egotistical asshole all his life. You can look back to old interviews, like on Oprah, when Oprah was fawning all over him, and encouraging him to run for president.

Then you had all the jokes about him actually running.
but he hasn't changed.
www.npr.org...

I think the part where he broke into the system they had closely guarded and without permission, he ran and won. They didn't have the usual leverage on him that I believe they have on all the others, so he was a wild card. they spent so much time and effort trying to find something, anything they could to "get him" with, but to no avail. And they haven't given up yet. So much so that they have opened up their hand for all to see while they play. All the old norms are being shredded in favor of getting him BAMN.

He did a good job, better than most, and was able to fix some things, which I think was the catalyst to his demise. You aren't supposed to fix things, just make it look like you are trying, so you can always have a way to funnel the money to each other in new and exciting ways. I think the whole system is corrupt, and most of them are on the take. He was a threat to that, and still is. Kind of like why Ron Paul was removed. He also wouldn't play by their rules.

Watch for insanity to really show up during all the upcoming trials intended to get Trump. It's going to be wild.

Nobody wants to be associated with a loser, but opportunistic creeps who trade honour and integrity for power and influence hate it most of all. Of course they're dumping him. He's toast and they don't want to get burnt along with him.

They're dumping him for the same reason they climbed on his bandwagon to start with: self-interest.

Delighted to see the bad hats getting their comeuppance at last. It's been a long time coming, but here it is at last.

This is a great example of what the end result of the MSM hate machine programming their viewers with years of negativity looks like.

He had a lot of independent and third party support since it looked like he was going to shake things up in a good way.

Some things he did good, like fixing the VA and starting a decoupling from China.

But he nuked the economy with record spending and the biggest corporate bailouts ever while they post record numbers and price gouge consumers.

It doesn’t help that he’s abrasive and welcome attacking anyone who doesn’t but into the dogma, as does his base.

He’s lucky that no other good candidates are running, so he has a good chance at winning. I was hoping DeSantis would be a sensible candidate, but sadly he’s focusing solely on culture war stuff which most people are sick of.

I think your assessment is as close to reality as any. The attacking of anyone who isn't a toe sucker makes me cringe every time. I could never understand why he would legitimize some nobody with a twitter war, when he could have just STFU. But I suppose that's who he is and who he has always been, so looking for that to change likely won't happen.

I think there are some good candidates, but the one's I think I like best need some seasoning. Tim Scott impresses me, but he's still a little wet behind the ears. Desantis would do good, but as you said, he's falling into the trap of thinking it's his destiny to be a champion against woke. Maybe it is, but woke is so idiotic, it should die all by itself if we all just hold them to account when asking the easy questions. Don't let them skip the answers.

But the media being such strong advocates for the left is a real problem. They have been programming their viewers to the point they are caricatures of themselves. And the woke stuff only amplifies that idiocy.

Wife and I have always figured this has everything to do with those with the most to lose for being regular participants and blackmailed at Epstein’s various venues.

The same is true of the UN wanting to globally decriminalize pedophilia and drugs… gotta save Bill, Hillary, various royalty etc… for past behavior

The Oprah crowd loved him and said “President” when he was a dem and they all thought he hated America just like them. They never dreamed that he was hiding a love of America, and would actually try to make the country better / stronger. What an outrage !
Little creeps like Lindsey would be Trump fluffers for as long as he looked like he had the traitors beat down. As soon as they got a leg up on him with Covid and impeachments and Muller, Lindsey quickly switched his pumping over to Trumps enemies.
What do you expect from McCain’s little concubine of many years.

Asa Hutchinson would probably be solid, problem is no one knows about him.

Even my good friend who’s worked on several GOP campaigns like Ted Cruz and DeSantis couldn’t remember his name when we were talking over the weekend.

To your point on the media, it’s worse than them just having a left lean, it’s a neo liberal lean. They don’t give a voice to sensible members of the left which is why Tulsi left the party and is speaking out against the current model. Bernie was clearly more popular than Clinton, and while his politics are way far left of mine, his voice is more important to me than more entrenched democrats.

As someone who’s more libertarian, I know I’m usually going to be unhappy with results, so the best I can hope for is a robust two parties that counter eachother in a pragmatic way.

But lately it’s been more about the reality show aspect of politics than their actual platforms. It’s rare conversation is about policy, instead it’s about controversy. The media companies win as long as people are riled up. Press the average voter on the platforms, and they don’t really have a deep understanding of any candidates, because where do they even go to get that information?

The only bright side I see is gen x and millennials are shifting to independent outlets, journalists, and podcasters who are a bit more removed from the corporate model.

I think the Republicans best potential candidate is Sununu. He's a bit Reagan-esque but if Reagan were alive he'd be considered a RINO Globalist by today's standards so Sununu will, if he jumps in, get an even funnier nickname and probably be accused of being a pudding-eating groomer.

Awesome thread SnF!

I believe the sociopaths embedded within the system are coerced through blackmail, and that Epstein was an asset of the largest intelligence network in the world (Israeli) and was set up as a honey trap which not only worked well enough to compromise the United State's entire power structure but the UK royal family as well.

This is exactly why Epsteins clients will never be exposed because right now they are carrying out the will of whoever holds sway over them. That's also the reason some Hollywood people are more vocal than others about hating Trump etc.

What I still don't understand is how easily they got common people to throw away their integrity and turn them into rabid anti-Trump supporters foaming at the mouths.

That was voluntarily, no coercion was needed.

The GOP is scared sh!tless of the trumpian MAGA cult. imo trump is the only candidate or one of his toadies but they need to come up with a cohesive platform to win back the female vote because they are angry and mobilizing a new crop of younger women. The GOP is fractured and I doubt if any candidate can rally enough support to win against the pretty boy the dembs will float. Bidens gone...I hope!!

on the other hand, this cult-like adoration and heroic defense of this reality show giant and dubious businessman is just as remarkable.

why? because trump stands for chaos and disorder, for discord and very low intellect. he can be anything but one thing: president of a powerful country. he is too predictable, too uneducated, too egomaniacal, too greedy. and he manages - unwittingly - to unite different radical movements. that is why many people have a problem with him. and the fact that even former friends are now turning away only shows that he is not the savior after all but a political impostor.

"Trump's legacy is most dangerous for democracy. Although the institutions withstood his fantasies of omnipotence and federalism and the judiciary proved themselves as counterweights, he massively damaged the written and unwritten norms of the constitutional system. With his extensive interpretation of his own powers, with his breaking of customs and taboos, with his disregard for regulated decision-making procedures, and not least with his governing via Twitter, he attempted to concentrate extraordinary power in his own person."

But he nuked the economy with record spending and the biggest corporate bailouts ever while they post record numbers and price gouge consumers.

And Biden surpassed his record in November 2022.

President Biden has officially surpassed Trump’s then record for government spending in a calendar year. As of late November, the federal government spent $3.37 trillion, a number which has no precedent.

Where Trump really went wrong was with federal covid spending, which totaled $6.2 trillion. Up until 2020, the Trump administration at least had a veneer of fiscal responsibility and there were real economic gains, but all of that went out the window with the pandemic.

President Biden has officially surpassed Trump’s then record for government spending in a calendar year. As of late November, the federal government spent $3.37 trillion, a number which has no precedent. During the tumultuous final year of the Trump presidency, government spending reached a new high of $3.28 trillion, which temporarily made him the biggest spender in US history in a year. If the 2020 election had not intervened, the Trump administration was on track to outspend Obama by far. So much for fiscal restraint.

The downward spiral is still going full bore. Fiscal responsibility seems to have become an obsolete term in today's world.

Trump will be a lame duck on day 1 should he make the grade again. I actually liked his work since I could see the results and not get lost in the stupid, but there was no shortage of the stupid. I think the only way forward is for Trump to do 4 more and his base will transition to his running mate if he chooses wisely. I doubt the country could hold together with more Biden. And that's not hate, just honest opinion. They can't hide his money trouble for ever. I'm amazed they haven't brought out a replacement yet, it sure won't be Harris.

I doubt anyone will change any minds of the true haters, but Trump was supposed to get us into WW3 and nuke everyone. instead he brought some peace, and didn't start any new wars. And without covid, he would have had the strongest economy in a long time.

I think knowing that we are currently in clown world, and most are discussing weather or not a dude can have a baby, 4 more years of Trump would fit right in, and we can all see if it was just a fluke, or if his out of the box thinking really does work for our economy. It's pretty clear what doesn't work at the moment.
