Maybe a blind man will sue them next for the lack of a brail option...

They could just hire Morgan Freeman to narrate them.

What I don't get is...he's deaf...not blind. Porn is 95% visual satisfaction. Now if your deaf from birth how do you describe a sound for them to actually possibly understand anymore than they can assume already by sight? Let alone the sound of a porno.

It's apparently all about the "storyline" videos...but I don't recall ever watch something that is heavily detailed or worth watch anyway like that. Even so there a very small part of the industry anyway. I think this is just somebody clearly milking it in every sense...I guess the issue hear for pornhub ironically is they didn't see this one coming ☺️😁🤣

Too late, as we learn, nothing exists until Morgan Freeman narrates it, including Morgan Freeman.

How do you properly spell the squeals, ahhhs, eeks, and other sounds in the videos. Not much talking goes on in the videos if they are the same as they used to be.

If someone can't hear, they couldn't hear their partner making those sounds, so does their partner need to have to text what they say to the guy? Come on, real life sex is silent to the guy, why should porn be any different?

So A man is suing PH over the lack of closed captions in their videos. As someone who works in the Marketing and Web design industry, this is becoming more and more prevalent. Just a few months ago a blind man won a judgment against Dominos Pizza for ADA compliance. The scary thing is this is something most businesses are not in compliance with and this can easily wrap up a small business and tank them as a result of fending off lawsuits and having to create ADA compliant websites.

I understand we want to create an enjoyable experience and equal the playing field for all persons no matter their disabilities but where does that end?

What does ATS think?

I think this is a slippery slope that could end up costing businesses tens of thousands of dollars creating an ADA site for a market they are not even trying to attract. I'm not saying that is the case for PH. I just don't think every business should be forced to change their website to cater to people who they might not be interested in doing business within the first place. Once again I don't think this is the case for PH but for others, it may be the case. Imagine a company that sells airplanes being forced to create an ADA compliant website for blind people.

Brink and mortar stores are totally different since they need to be ADA compliant in case you hire someone protected under ADA or you get visited. But the Website?

There is an entire industry of lawyers who literally do nothing but sue businesses for non-compliance with ADA. Almost all of the lawsuits are absurd and just a shake down of small businesses.

The other day I pulled up at a drive thru ATM. They had braille on it...

hey lord of the g-strings is a national treasure its basically lord of the rings in soft core form with a funny plot that will have you laughing more then any other one of its genre and its IMDB page is HILARIOUS but id advise not reading the page at work even though the page has zero adult content think i saw it when i was 17 and was legit more funny then arousing even to teen aged me

www.imdb.com...

Trivia This film is not the real Lord of the Rings, do not submit for primary sources in research papers
like the fact they even have to add that to the trivia section is hilarious and i wonder how many times it DID get used before they added that bit to the trivia page lol

D**do Saggins: I don't know, Smirnof. I'm not noble... or pure. I've cheated on my SATs! I've stuck up liquor stores. I pee in the shower! Smirnof, the Wizard: Everyone pees in the shower! D**do Saggins: I stole your wallet a couple minutes ago!
sort of self censored to not go afowl of the T and C so please dont ban me over this but with out closed captions you would miss the hilarious jokes and the rare "erotic" film that does not take its self seriously at all as the throbbits go with their wizzard pal to destroy the one g string

and it seems to have launched old wizzard smirnofs career in make up for movies even though he had worked on SNL for years before doing this "film"

100% totally ridiculous and excessive.
How far will this go ?
Forcing all advertising and newspapers to have tactile caracters for the blind ?
Forcing all stadiums to provide devices with captionning for the deaf ?

Society DOES already accomodate. There are limits, however, practical and economic.

Sad to say but these ARE disabilities and people MUST learn to live with these.

From what I have seen of PornHub the videos all have the same ending.

Yep.
And close-captioning that ending might be ....hard....

Someone should poke out his eyes, that would solve the problem

How on earth did we even invent the technology that makes it possible to view PH in the first place? The stupidity on this planet seems to have reach an all time high...

On a serious note, a friend owns a pub and I went in one day and he's nearly in tears. He'd had a letter of the authorities that he had to install a disabled toilet. Well his pub is small and how it's configured it was impossible to fit a disabled toilet and they were threatening him with closure if he didn't comply. He was scared that he was going to lose his business.
I told him to calm down approach the authority and get them to visit and show them that what they wanted was an impossibility. There are things you can do and there are impossible things.
Even disabled people realise you can only do so much, for them to think otherwise (like this deaf person)is being too pedantic.

They should respond that they're providing a more realistic pseudo-experience for him.

If he was watching or participating in real sex, it would be silent. There's not going to be text scrolling in your field of vision: oh, ugh, mmm, yeah [squish-SPLAT] right there, no there! yes! no! [splish-splash]

Wonder if this case will stand up in court?

The thrusts of the legal arguments will be of interest.

Can we be kept abreast of how this case climaxes.

Instead of watching PH for FREE, he should BUY the DVD's and Blu-Ray's instead. Perhaps those have closed captions?

After all a lot of those videos are just 'demos' that'll encourage you to buy the full movie or have been ripped from full movies and uploaded by average joes. (aka pirated)

But yeah this is what insanely easy lawsuits and easy wins have created and it's just going to get worse.

We shouldn't be surprised this is how things have become. But it is good to see stupidity is an equal opportunity employer and embraces diversity.

Real question that needs answering though is would he view a hand job as "oral sex"?

But yeah, can we the silent majority start standing up to the PC stupid in this world now?

The needs of the many outweighing the needs of the few and all that..... like it used to be.

The fact stuff like this even gets to court is a black eye on our legal system...

This is not to say there aren't situations where the disabled need equal access. I know the few times I had to use a wheel chair / crutches, etc showed me how much a PITA it is when you can't easily do things. However, I'd never force random businesses to upend their entire world just to make things easier on the .01% who might be inconvenienced.

The problem is regulations / legislation don't leave room for commons sense.

Might be a touchy subject .

But I think Brail would give porn hands on experience .

They could feel for what’s going on .
