Soon after his historic resignation from office last February 11, Joseph Ratzinger was convicted of Crimes against Humanity on February 25, 2013 by the Brussels-based International Common Law Court of Justice, and a global citizens arrest warrant was issued against him. Since then, he has evaded arrest within Vatican City under a decree of the present Pope Francis.
Monday, October 28, 2013 The criminal prosecution of yet another Pope came closer to reality this month as Italian politicians agreed to work with the ITCCS in a common law court action against the papacy for its haboring of a wanted fugitive from justice: deposed Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger. The agreement came after a new eyewitness confirmed the involvement of Ratzinger in a ritual child sacrifice in Holland in August of 1987. “I saw Joseph Ratzinger murder a little girl at a French chateau in the fall of 1987″ stated the witness, who was a regular participant in the cult ritual torture and killing of children.
“We are looking at revising if not abolishing our country’s Lateran Treaty with the Vatican, whose actions in harboring child rapists certainly meet the definition of a Transnational Criminal Organization under international law” stated a spokesman for one of the politicians.
Paid operatives sabotaged ITCCS work in Holland and Ireland during that week, and on October 14, the main ITCCS website was destroyed by the same saboteurs. Political sources in Rome have revealed that these attacks were paid for and coordinated through the Office of the Vatican espionage agency known as the “Holy Alliance” or The Entity, and its affiliated “dirty ops” bureau, the Sodalitium Pianum, established in Rome in 1913. They also involved the agents of the Papal Nuncio to Holland, Archbishop Andre Dupuy, who made direct contact with two of the saboteurs, “Mel and Richard Ve”, and with the Archbishop of Dublin, Diarmuid Martin, who likewise paid bribes to disrupt ITCCS work in Ireland.

FYI:
The ITCCS is not a real organization. It's pretty much one guy: Kevin D. Annett in Canada.
Here's an ATS thread about it: Some Things to Know About ITCCS
The ITCCS has been agitating for the arrest of world leaders for charges of War Crimes, and many other such for awhile.
It's an opinion driven organization that essentially makes up sensationalist stories and claims regarding near any and every personality in a political position from The Queen of England, The Pope, Presidents Bush and Obama, as well as anyone and everyone else this little operation thinks or imagines should be visited with charges.
ITCCS is not a legally recognized organization and pretty much adds up to some guy in a basement foaming at the mouth in front of his computer.
ITCCS isn't shy about making things up, and blowing its horn for every day people to serve out citizen arrest warrants over imaginary crimes.
One of these days some nutter that actually believes and takes stock in the ITCCS claims is going to get hurt.

Kevin Annett is a defrocked priest who had taken-up a second career as a con-artist/grifter. Annett has convinced a bunch of unwitting people that he is the saviour of Indigenous people everywhere, and the only person who is working on their behalf. This is not true- rather, he is using their cause for his own personal gain.
Kevin is most famous for his faking of the discovery of a ‘mass grave’ at the Six Nations Reserve in Brandford, Ontario. Apparently, he is pulling the same con at other reserves- one has to feel sorry for all of the people who he is building false hope for.
... he has been using survivors of the residential school system for his own purposes, and using their recorded testimonies to publish articles about them without their permission. I have seen enough untruths in Kevin Annett’s own E-Mail writings to indicate outright deception, or someone who is seriously out of reality. I have also seen evidence and heard reports of his controlling and domineering behavior towards Indians which is really another unacceptable form of abuse. I can also say, to the best of my knowledge of the Indian community in Vancouver, that he does not speak for any group nor does he have support from any organization or individuals since he has betrayed the trust which people had given him. In other words, he does not have credibility where it counts.

By no means am I making any defense against any accused by Kevin Annett.
I am, however, looking at the source of the claims.

Enough looking around, and anyone interested can find information about his defrauding the First Nations peoples under the guise of helping them, and many others.
He's a grifter that gains your confidence through appealing to your own moral sense of injustices in the world.
It's really only a matter of time before he's doing time, either behind bars, or, under below ground after he's finished playing out one too many cons on people suddenly dawning to awareness how they've been played.

Thus, regardless the righteousness of the 'message', giving this crook the face time and any popular attention that translates into false credibility supports his criminal exploitation of people more so than doing any actual good in respect for the message used as a smokescreen for his operation.

"Hey...I dont have all the answers, Im just engaging in slanderous character assassination of a public figure without providing a shred of evidence. Just voicing my opinion! Just saying that the Pope rapes and murders little girls! Its free speech, innit?"
Victims of clerical sex abuse have reacted furiously to Pope Benedict's claim yesterday that paedophilia wasn't considered an "absolute evil" as recently as the 1970s. In his traditional Christmas address yesterday to cardinals and officials working in Rome, Pope Benedict XVI also claimed that child pornography was increasingly considered "normal" by society. "In the 1970s, paedophilia was theorised as something fully in conformity with man and even with children," the Pope said. "It was maintained - even within the realm of Catholic theology - that there is no such thing as evil in itself or good in itself. There is only a 'better than' and a 'worse than'. Nothing is good or bad in itself."
But outraged Dublin victim Andrew Madden last night insisted that child abuse was not considered normal in the company he kept. Mr Madden accused the Pope of not knowing that child pornography was the viewing of images of children being sexually abused, and should be named as such. He said: "That is not normal. I don't know what company the Pope has been keeping for the past 50 years." Pope Benedict also said sex tourism in the Third World was "threatening an entire generation".
A letter written in 1985, when the then Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger was the head of the Vatican's doctrinal unit, resists a request for the defrocking of an American priest with a record of molesting children, for the "good of the universal Church".

Controversy
The festival, which caters to independent filmakers, has struggled with public perceptions. It was criticized by The Village Voice in 1997, and IndieWire in 1999[4] for its open policy of accepting nearly every submission, as well as its $300 entry fee.[5] The Internet Movie Database accepted the festival for years[6] but, according to its website, NYIIFVF no longer meets its criteria for inclusion.
And some specific non-qualifying events that don't fit the above categories:
New York International Independent Film and Video Festival: We accepted this event for a number of years, but have since become convinced that this does not meet our criteria for selectiveness.
