For Marvel, you would have to add the Beyonder, the Molecule Man, the Elders of the Universe, the Watcher, the Shaper of Worlds, the High Evolutionary, Doctor Strange, Adam Warlock.

So many more, I'm sure I'll be back here.

Don't forget Dr. Manhattan. His abilities are literally godlike.

I would also add Deadpool to the list because he knows he's in comic's, games, movies.

I wouldn't. So he can break the fourth barrier, and usually does. That's the only reason he's cool. But if Dr. Manhattan shows up...Deadpool is finished. In an instant. The only variable is how long Dr. Manhattan chooses to let him live.

Hm ok good point. Well how about this.

The Fulcrum

The Fulcrum is a fictional cosmic entity in the Marvel Comics universe. He first appeared in issue #7 of the Eternals comic book series, debuting in "Manifest Destiny". He appears in four issues in total.
The Fulcrum is an abstract entity served by the Celestials, the Watchers, and the Horde. The Dreaming Celestial has conversed with it. He goes by the name "Jack" and runs a bar where the Eternals hang out. The Fulcrum may be Marvel's most powerful entity, The One Above All, who was also named Jack (as in Jack Kirby) in his only other in-comic appearance in Fantastic Four #511. The Fulcrum has also been referred to as the bartender.

If you're gonna mention such an obscure marvel character like The Fulcrum then you might as well add these to the Marvel list:
Eternity
Infinity
Death
Oblivion
Phoenix Force

I would also add Warlock and Surfer to the list. Back when I collected cards, I always thought the Surfer was the strongest of earths Heroes.

Don't forget Rogue all she would have to do is fly around naked and touch any of the ones mentioned and she gains there abilities.

If hulk were to even punch her while she flew at him naked she'd heal and absorb his straight all at the same time making her stronger then the she hulk and able to beat him.

How could the Phantom Stranger be left out of the DC list? He's on the same power level as the Spectre.

uh dude doctor manhattan isn't part of marvel, it's part of vertigo a more adult print of dc.
also, deadpool killed everyone in the marvel universe, e-v-e-r-y-o-n-e. even the zombies. he killed all those guys everyone is listing.

then he moved on and killed the creators of marvel and then is currently i think, killing literary figures the basis for all comics/ he killed the white whale and captain ahab and huck finn.
if deadpool wanted to kill doctor manhatten he would find a way, he can't die.

i don't think rogue would be able to absorb the power cosmic without killing herself.
i suppose that is how the zombies were able to eat galacticus, they are already dead!

Dunno about the other 11 "most powerful beings", but the One-Above-All is the most powerful being in either DC or Marvel. Period. Granted, he/she/it doesn't make much of an appearance in either universe, but he/she/it is most definitely a thing.
