One NYPD officer attempts to stop another NYPD officer from roughing up a suspect in handcuffs, to the point of SHOVING the dirtbag cop OFF the handcuffed suspect.
Wish there were MORE officers like this guy around to start stomping the dirtbag cops out of their jobs

This one has actually been shown before and if I'm not mistaken, which I have been in the past, the officer that tried to calm down the other officer actually got in trouble if not terminated. Someone else may be able to remember the details but I can't at this time.

Yeah we've seen this before. If I recall correctly I commented that notice how he acts when he sees the camera. Not when the other cop goes overboard.
