Last night I had old ATS, Then New ATS, now I'm back to old ???

Ok, so exactly as the title suggests...

You see, last night I had the old style, then one click later and KABOOM! New site, new site!

Ok, so there was no KABOOM!

However, I have just come on ATS now and I'm back to the old school design again.

What's happend?

Have I done something wrong?

Is the new format a bit glitchy?

Is anyone else getting this problem?

Is there a way to err fix it?

Do I want to fix it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

It's a Conspiracy...

I had new for like an hour when it first went live, and I've been on old ever since.

Others seem to be on new though, who knows what's going on...

It goes back and forth. I was logged in to the new one and it kept bouncing me back to the old one. Now I"m using the old one until it kicks me over to the new one .. if it ever does. The back and forth was making me pull my hair out.

Side note .. I've read here that the new one takes away all our 'points' ... the old one still has them.

i cant get the page where new topics new flags ect on one page like this

I had the same thing happen old, new, back to old today AND the new topics firehose page is currently and possibly forever 404'ed. I suspect their still tweaking things on the new version.

Yes. Format hard drives reinstall OS, buy new router and get new ISP

Do I want to fix it?

Relax. It was just a test. All is well. Do not adjust the vertical, etc.

I am sticking to the old version if I can, it took me three years to get to grips with this version....

Your mind is going. You must be imagining things. I won't admit to noticing that, someone may say I am beginning to show symptoms of alzheimer's. Shhh....Like Shultz on Hogan's hero's. "I see nothing...I hear nothing"

I HATED the new version. The only part of the website I really use is the fire hose. Being a speed reader I can get all I need from the old style fire hose page very quickly. The new version required so much scrolling I would seek another site to play on.

To slow for me to be anything other than frustrated with "required scrolling".

Well I'm glad its a widespread thing, wish I had noticed a thread on this issue earlier, then I wouldn't be getting all the crazy wisecracks form you guys!

Wonder when it will permenantly shift to the new format?

Like some of you I missed the new topics fire hose page.

Sheww Glad it is not just me! I am back to the old today after figuring it out and adjusting the new one to my liking yesterday! I will give you a hint when you get the new one back....use the little circle in the upper right hand corner and change it to white. IT is so much easier to see and read! I liked the white version of the new one ALOT!

Thanks for the tip, although I actually quite liked the dark version, just wish it had fire hose.

Wonder if I should add it to my christmas wish list?
