When i pulled it out, i thought it was an actual person. That night in particular, we tried entering the backway, through the water treatment center. When we pulled up, we saw at least two groups of people with music playing. (Kids generally go up there to drink and look for a cheap thrill). We didnt want to scare them, so we left and went in through the front, through the construction area

Now, the two women i went with, are into witchcraft. The last time i spoke to them, they were preparing rituals and gathering supplies, i.e. candles, herbs, etc. They were going to head up there and try to banish whatever this thing is, and this was 2 nights ago.

Ever since then, they havent come outside or spoken to anyone about what happened, or anything else, for that matter. As soon as i find out, ill give an update, hopefully today

OP here's a thought.

It would be very cool if you did an exclusive ATS documentary and took pics/ videos too.

It would be a huge thread and huge following if you could actually get the things you saw on film.

If i could give you a hundred stars, i would! Thats a great idea.

Ok, so tomorow is Sunday, so there shouldnt be any construction crew up at the site.... What i want to do at the very least, is go up there and make sort of a "video tour" of the place in the daylight. Im pretty sure i can string together a video on my laptop, a documentary of sorts, including clips of our recordings with the EVP's, narrative, some personal interviews with the people i went with, and throw that all together in a seperate thread. It might take me a day or two, but ill defenitely keep an update on here about it. Heck, if it goes well, we could throw one together each month complete with a walkthrough of different locations. The problem is with the Sanitorium, we all swore to eachother that wed never go back at night again (for good reason).

Ill see if i can get some people to go out there with me tomorow, and ill let yall know what the verdict is!

Thank you everyone for the comments and input! It feels really good to know that im not crazy. (At least not as much as i thought...)

Within the next couple days, i will be going back up there during the day to get some footage of the area with a little side commentary.... It will at least be myself going, im still trying to talk my wife and neighbors into going with me. (They said the only way theyd go back at night is if i paid them 6 million dollars, and even that would only buy me 15 minutes of their time...)

After i have that, im going to string together a short video about our experiences, recordings, history, etc. It will be like the "Blair Witch Project", only real Ill probably post it on youtube and link the video on here, from what ive seen, that seems the easiest way to share video on here.

.... So...... Ill have that up *hopefully* in the next few days! Thanks again to everyone for your support and feedback

so as far as i understood you believe what youre seeing are ghosts/demons.
and it looks like youre curious enough to find out what it is.

but at the same time youre too afraid to go to the same places at night, or every time you see them, you decide to run.

this is something i dont understand.
if these things are what you think they are, you could write history.
iam not too fond of ghosts, but they are still perceived as hoaxes in modern science, or not?

if i would be you, id try everything i could to find out if its real or imagination or whatever.
so why dont you think of something that takes your fear???

first thing that comes to my mind is organizing some sort of trip or "flashmob" with 10-20 people, friends, families. i would beg them to come with me.
i would also buy some beer so everyone can gain courage while drinking, in addition its a nice way to convince them to go with you if they get some free beers.
then i would all take them to the spot at your preferred nighttime and see what happens.
there will always be someone who is brave enough to take a closer look at these beings, especially with a big group.

but to just chicken out and run every time you see those beings is kind of wasting a once in a lifetime experience.

awesome story, are there any local ghost hunters in your area that could help you check this out?? can't wait to hear the audio.

Its kind of a passive fear.... Everytime ive went, ive gone with my wife and at least one other person. I tend to be the "stand-off ish" one of the bunch, so when i would want to stay, everyone else runs like hell. And married people know: If you value youre life, you follow when youre wife says too

However, when wed go back later and see the same apparition, it wouldnt be as scary, because we would have already seen it. Its not as..... surprising.


I also have good news and bad news.

The good news, is that i will still post a video with the recordings and history, personal stories, etc.

The bad news, is that i couldnt go back up and get a video tour of the area, because it IS a construction site. TECHNICALLY i was tresspassing. And a police officer that showed up told me that, very kindly, as he escorted me off the property and told me never to come back..... So yeah. Ill have that up in a few days, thanks again for the support and patience

So..... In the process of putting the video together, converting the files to work on windows movie maker, etc, so it should be a couple days

Good news? After some MAJOR convincing, my neighbor talked me into going back up to the site after being escorted off, and we were able to do a walkthrough in the daylight to add to the video!

This must have been a very frightening experience for you. I have to wonder if there will be problems if homes are slated to be built there?

When enough people "think" about something, that "something" can be formed and manifest in our world.
Thoughts are energy, and when enough energy is sent out it can cause things to manifest.

Sylvia Brown wrote about this topic in one of her books. I've read so many of hers, I don't remember which one it was in, and no time to look for it now.

So, slenderman could be real. Seems a lot of people have seen him for it just to be a myth.

That would be like saying there is no such thing as the White House just because I haven't seen it with my own eyes.

Almost there. One solid audio file+ 3 separate video files + a 6 year old laptop that can barely process the data + 12 hours to render the clip, hoping that it turned out ok = Giant pain in the arse

oh good, we are patiently waiting!!! sylvia ( they never found a single body where she said to look) brown , so far 2 people turned up alive that she said was dead (not to mention that group of miners she was wrong about).

But I don't want to derail this thread and that is a topic for another thread..;..
