Yes folks that's what would happen if stupid people in my government would do to my beautiful little country if they get away with starting fracking in N.Ireland stupid people wanting to line there pockets grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

I couldn't believe it when i read it and yes iv'e sign the petition for them to piss off and go sink there holes somewhere else so to speak lol, iv'e read so many threads about fracking in the good ole US of A that i no whats going to happen over here otherwise i wouldn't have a clue what fracking really was.

You can drive from east to west here in a couple of hours and from north to south in just the same amount if time we're not that big, 6 counties is all we have at the minute and by the time fracking starts and sinkholes appear we'll be lucky to have 2 tut, i'm moaning because i'll be one of the first to end up underground as they want to start around Belfast lough.

Greedy do gooders that think they're doing my country a favour by promising out of work folk a job but forget to say "Oh by the way it might make a few sinkholes in your boggy little country and swallow your house but your working so buy another one away from the holes" can go jump of the flippin boat they come over in.

I'll be sitting front and center to stop this, over my dead body will they come over from where ever and kill my wee country of to fracking hay.

My little rant is over but i won't say sorry for loving my 6 counties and all my sisters and brothers that live in them.

I love your rant.

If we had a few more people like you in the U.S. maybe some things would change 4 the better.

Stay strong and do what you can to stop the madness!

P.S. - Don't get yourself into trouble.

Excuse me, Northern Ireland is a country.

It's a wee country.

what makes you so sure fracking has anything to do with the sinkholes? Have anything to back it up?

I live in a state where fracking is common as fireants and the only sinkholes that I ever knew about were the ones where a rig drilled too close to a salt dome.

"Ireland" hardly exists anymore.

It was swallowed up by the EU in exchange for roads and loans.

Ireland sold itself out years ago.

Your sentimentality does not add up to 32 counties.

Ireland has a much greater problem with fracking than how many "counties" it has.

Good on ye, Ballymoney, for bringing this up.

I might be falling down a sinkhole myself,

If they are fracking near Belfast.

Keep us informed of any protests please.

Ireland hardly exists? Its right there across the Irish sea from England same as it has been for thousands maybe millions of years , If it wasn't for the the British empire and the catholic church id say we would be doing pretty well for ourselves to. Not trying to argue , just saying ..

Can someone let me know where to sign this petition against the Fracking?
