I guess sparks flying is good not bad at least. Hard being without power, this kind of thing is getting to be more and more often!

Casper Outage Effects Thousands by Xavier Walton, [email protected] An equipment failure at a Casper substation caused a power outage for approximately 11,600 Rocky Mountain Power customers early Sunday morning. The outage occurred at 5:17 a.m. and power was restored at 8:37 a.m., according to Margaret Oler of Rocky Mountain Power. The electrical ark that appears in the video did not cause any fires. In fact, despite all the bright flashes and loud noises, the safety devices in place for situations such as this one, prevented any outer damage from occurring.
