Hi,
I was wondering if I could get some help understanding the timeline of the NWO conspiracy theory itself. Did it begin to become part of popular conscience the moment George H.W. Bush uttered the words "New World Order" when he spoke at the UN, or does it date back much further than that? Also, I'm interested to know if the motto on the Great Seal of the United States is directly tied to the conspiracy theory. Some sources on the net say that "Novus Ordo Seclorum" means "new order for the ages" rather than NWO. So I can't help but wonder if there is confusion about this in the public at large, or perhaps more intriguingly, if Bush himself was confused about the true meaning, or if certain secret societies are indoctrined to believe the correct translation of seclorum is "world". Sort of hijacking the founding fathers' obscession with classical literature for a completely different agenda. Or it could be that the translation of "for the ages" is some kind of disinformation.

Thanks for your help.
