Four homes were demolished and thousands were left without power after Barry Swegle started smashing homes with his bulldozer. The Port Angeles man was reportedly reacting to a property line dispute.

Many times we find ourselves in small disputes with the neighbor. For example tree limbs hanging over into their yard, a barking dog, too much noise at night. Typically it results in a small confrontation and then the neighbors leave each other alone, after all they have to co exist.

This gentleman was bothered by the neighbors new fence. Rather than going the "we have to co exist" route, he just bulldozed the neighbors house.

What drives someone over the edge like this, too much SSRI's or not enough. What you think?

I would never run over anyone's house with a bulldozer, but I have one neighbor in particular whom I would truly enjoy chasing down with a bulldozer just to see the fear on his face- and the rest of the neighborhood would probably fight over who could be next to do it once I was finished!

Why is everyone surprised? It isn't like this hasn't happened before, dare i say it wont be the last time either.

I don't know what causes people to go off the way these men did, i have some theories but they are just that.

I imagine he'll look back on this and figure it probably wasn't a real good idea after all.
