He was sentenced to 15 years' imprisonment in 1988 for conspiracy to commit mail fraud and tax code violations, and was released in 1994 on parole. Ramsey Clark, who was LaRouche's chief appellate attorney and a former U.S. Attorney General, said that the prosecution was politically motivated, and that LaRouche was denied a fair trial.[2] The Court of Appeals unanimously rejected the appeal.[3]
The publications included Executive Intelligence Review, founded in 1974 and known for its conspiracy theories, alleging that Queen Elizabeth II is the head of an international drug-smuggling cartel, and that the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing was part of a British attempt to take over the United States.[20
Douglas Foster wrote in Mother Jones in 1982 that the briefings consisted of disinformation, "hate-filled" material about enemies, phony letters, intimidation, fake newspaper articles, and dirty tricks campaigns. Opponents were accused of being gay or Nazis, or were linked to murders, which the movement called "psywar techniques."[24]

The adminstration is beginning to be riddled with evidence and people coming forward with evidence of scam after scam. Look at Solyndra. How about delivery drivers coming forward saying the majority of the Obama phones they deliver goes to addresses that have addressees stating that person doesn't live there. 600phones to one address.
Fiskars anybody?
How about the recently vindicated Breitbart that was sued for defamation to only read after his death he was right all along regarding the massive multibillion $$ fraud at the USDA. This story can be found in the NY Times of all plces.
This man and his cronies have no regard for laws or the processes of law. I believe time will tell he is truelly a crook and a thug. Crook by making sure our monies go to special interests for votes and that he uses his office solely for personal financial gain under the premise of campaigning. A thug by silencing and in timidating whistleblowers.edit on 28-4-2013 by sirjunlegun because: (no reason given)

If bush&cheney who allowed or participated in killing 3000 people on 9-11-2001 could not or would not be impeached then why should obama be impeached? Not saying obama is perfect, but compared to bush he certainly is.
If romney was president this nation would have been far worse imho. The things I disagree with obama and the democrats are rather minor compared to the things I disagree with the republicans. Still I don't plan on voting democrat or republican for the forseable future.
One person that DEFINITELY should be impeached from this administration was eric "the dick" holder. He was responsible for sending arms to the drug cartels in mexico and is trying to cover-up everything. Truckloads of ak-47s and ammo shipped to them.
I also disagree with their severe gun banning agenda. I am for mild gun control, nothing remotely resembling what this administration had in plan. I am also against widespread drone warfare and shrinking the MIC as much as necessary to balance the budget.edit on 28/4/13 by EarthCitizen07 because: (no reason given)

And then there was Bill Clinton who didn't do anything worthy of impeachment, and yet he was.
But Obama’s powers are far from absolute. His orders could be undone by judicial action, new laws passed by congress or future presidents. That said, the president enjoys a measure of flexibility thanks to the lack of consensus about the limits of his authority, a subject that has been debated for generations, Mayer said.
“It comes from his power as chief executive and the fact that no one really knows what that means,” he said. “When authority is ambiguous, presidents act.”
