I wasn't sure which forum to put this in but since I found it to be quite funny so I put it in the jokes forum, my apologies to all of those who don't find this to be funny

BATMAN HAS RETURNED!

A man dressed as the caped crusader Batman has handed over a wanted man at a Bradford police station before disappearing into the night.

Police said the costumed crime-fighter marched the 27-year-old man into Trafalgar House Police Station in the early hours of 25 February.

The man was charged with handling stolen goods and fraud offences.

Police said: "The person who brought the man in was dressed in a full Batman outfit. His identity remains unknown."

The suspect will appear before Bradford magistrates on Friday, police said.

No criminal is safe on Batman's watch.

(Keep in mind this suspect is innocent until proven guilty in the court of law)

That Batman does rather look a lot like Delboy from Only Fools and Horses...during that Christmas episode.

I think Robin was waiting out back on his scooter to help them "disappear into the night".

I think its quite funny and I know a lot of coppers who were saying give the guy a medal but I hope this is a one off. As much as I love to see people standing up for what is right and assisting in the apprehension of criminals, its dangerous out there and I never want to see people get hurt. This country all too quickly forgets a hero, but remembers the villains for generations, such is the use of fear by the state. Look after yourselves by all means, but if you're going to do this, think twice or at least invest in subtle attire and a stab proof vest!

Yeah it reminded me of Only Fools and Horses too!

Yeah I did it.... and what?

Punk had it coming.... the crime is rampant, these creeps had nothing to fear, no symbol, nothing to answer to.

Now they do.

If this were true I think it would be the most awesome thing I read on the internet! lol

Edit: And I would certainly offer my services as robin, although we would most definitely look like the only fools and horses episode then as I would match rodneys description pretty well! (being 6'4 and slim(ish))

i,m sorry but batman doesn,t look like he could go out and force the guy to surrender,we all know what the criminals are like in britain at moment and thats out their face on heroin or whatever and would do what they have to do to escape so this guy walking someone in has me thinking that this is a set up.
