Its amazing and all, and do not want to ruin the fun, but please don't expect this in reality. I am mainly talking about the colours, because that is artistic(rather the scientists) interpretation from gases emitted from there.

However, the shape is true. From our view.

Edit: when i got my telescope(real telescope), only color i saw was bright brown, which was mars. The rest of the space, 95% of the time it was grey and soft white, and the obvious "black".

Andromeda galaxy is nice to see... its like a white dust smudge on a black paper.

I have no doubt that in reality it's vastly more impressive. Pictures (of any variety) never do nature justice.

In true colours, nebulae are mostly red (due to ionised hydrogen).

Don't you wonder when you look at such a pic like the awesome Sombrero galaxy, how many stars w/ planets with civilizations you might be looking at as well? Is it ZERO...is it billions?
