Need help identifying a presentation/technology

Or the name of the guy presenting it.

Starting from 03:40 until 11:00, it is absolutely a mind blowing experimental presentation on matter, different substances and their opposite forces, and for those who haven't seen it I highly recommend watching it.

I would appreciate any help finding more about this guy or the frying eggs on a cold electronic wooden stove technology being presented. I remember once I saw another video on that technology, but I've looked up for it again and couldn't found it.

Hi, no idea what program/presentation this would be, but I believe the presenter is demonstrating the principles of induction cooking...



The picture demonstrates the egg being fried on the inductive, ferrous metal pan while it is completely cool on the stove surface itself.

It is unbelievable that the technology was presented in the 50's, while even nowadays we call it futuristic. This technology is barely known like it was been suppressed.
