S&F, OP. Great message. Not everyone plays the game. Many come as spectators, some to sit on the sidelines and warm the bench, others get dealt the cards or given their tools but only strive to keep their game pieces intact. It is great to win but if you are not the star player matters not if you play for the love of the game. We do not have to lose, this game doesn't rely on losers for everyone to win. You only lose out on the fun if you don't play.
