Google and youtube dns unreachable

Has anyone had any dns issues with google or youtube today both completely out for me as of 7pm est

Is this just in upstate ny or nation wide???? I got on my pc on tw cable internet and both youtube and google unavailable


What the heck is happing how many redundant dns servers and backup web servers must be down for this to happen.

Please do a cmd line ping test for both youtube.com and google.com

Check in 7:20 pm google working now still no youtube
maybe just a fluke but confirmed through two separate isp pipelines odd that google would go down like that

Both working fine to me. Probable just a fluke in your network.

I'm in and out of Google Analytics right now on my servers and all my stuff here is set to 8.8.8.8 / .4 on DNS, so I wouldn't be here to post if it were down... At least, I would have cussed a bit getting here by another means. lol..

(I know... Google..it's everywhere..unfortunately their DNS works better than everyone else's...so...what can we do? We've been googled.)

It is 7:50 PM here in Georgia (Eastern time zone) and both are working just fine for me. I haven't been on Google today but was on and off YouTube all day with no trouble.

Denver is up.

The episode that just started did take awhile to load, a lot longer. 5 minutes maybe.
