Ideas are ultimately more powerful than guns.

Exactly, one idea can change the world. Martin Luthor King knew this and turned his idea into a million people marching to change what was bad.
It works and I would respect a peaceful protest way more than an armed one.

By civilized world, you mean where everyone is monitored and tracked?
By civilized world where newborns have toxic vaccinations forced on them?
By civilized world where the political system is beyond absolute corruption?
And by civilized world, you mean the place in which debt slavery is the currency of the controllers?

Sounds pleasant, book a ticket and let me know when you leave.

Guns aren't going to save you from the government. All the Feds would have to do is do major road blockades, starve you death, or drone attack you.

smart guy, that's exactly what they have up their sleeve

Op, your post is something of a ad hominem, the second amendment rights of U.S. citizens has not been lost, so until that happens, maybe a bit more optamistic? The feeling of your post was Orwell's 1984, and we are not there yet baby, not for a long mile

Why is debate always gun or no gun. There are other forms of gun control. In switzerland every man has a military grade rifle, it does not mean you can keep one in the trunk of your car. In Germany you are required to keep your guns locked away in a gun safe that conforms with regulations and authorities are allowed to check on that on any time and if the gun is kept in the kitchen drawer instead, that gun gets ceased. And if its missing, well, you have a problem. Why is nevery anything like that brought to the table?

[color=dodgerblue]The FOUNDERS of this great country included an AMENDMENT in our Bill Of Rights that give us citizens the RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS. PERIOD.

For those who disagree with our FORE-FATHERS WHO FOUNDED THIS COUNTRY, GET THE HELL OUT OF THE COUNTRY OR SHUT THE HELL UP ABOUT GUN CONTROL.

TWO CHOICES: SHUT UP, OR LEAVE AS YOU ARE ACTUALLY A TRAITOR ANYWAYS IF YOU IGNORE OUR BILL OF RIGHTS.

Period.

End of discussion.

Right to keep and bear arms

A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

Most high powered rifles can take down the smaller drones.

The only drones you will have problems with, are the ones the size of large passenger jets.

Can they hit a reaper drone operating at 25,000 ft?.. Didn't think so.

The same way the French resistance got weapons in WW2. First club a soldier from behind. Take his knife and go stab another one after giving the club to someone else. Then use the knife on a soldier and take his gun. Give the knife to someone else. Then shoot the soldiers of a tank. Take the tank and give away the guns. You are now fighting tyranny. That is if you know how to use the club, the knife, the gun, and the tank.

Sure, that's how it started... but the French Resistance was largely supplied with weapons and munitions by the British rather than just using captured materiel. They couldn't have done it with captured nazi weapons alone.

How many nations would be willing to supply weapons to these notional American partisans? Iran? North Korea? Cuba? Venezuela? The new Egyptian government?

Obviously not.

So in that instant, Militias or civilians fighting Tyranny should arm themselves with SAM installations or shoulder launchers.
If they can, obtain a few drones themselves.

The right to bear arms equal to those brought against you.

The resistance must work like a Counter-intelligence agency, more then a military.

Obviously this fight is Asymmetrical but that can be advantageous in ways.

The soldier does not operate without orders.

Because in America the people are the authority. We have the right to arms. Our Constitution says that no one may infringe on that right.
