Could everyone please sign their posts so I know who wrote them?

I have a real problem sometimes figuring out who writes the posts people put up. I really appreciate it when people sign their post at the end so I know who posted it. Don't just put Namaste, that confuses me even more. For a while I thought this guy named Namaste was going around with hundreds of sock puppet accounts until I realized it meant something different.

You can look to the left of the post and see the avator and screen name of the OP.

HI Steve....it is really easy to figure out who wrote each post...just look to the far left of each post...and at the very top above their avatar.... is their member name. For instance at the very top of yours is (sputniksteve) so I know who wrote this thread without you signing. I hope this helps!

I just noticed that you joined ATS in the year 2007; so I have to wonder...after being here for 5 years...are you pulling a prank on us?

guys i think he was being sarcastic. and yes its a bit daft signing your post.

better than saying love & light/namaste though.

It could be like me when I come on here with my tiny iphone and zoom in to read the post but can't see the left side.
Then you have to go back and forth which is a pain.

You will never guess who wrote this post. Like a phantom in the shadows I remain...ah poop I wrote my name. Nobody ever would have known otherwise.

I think it boils down to people love to see their name in print (even if its only digital). Clearly a name, avatar and signature aren't enough :-P
