since you mentioned no specific subject, I'll let one that's fresh in my memory...

A Man from Earth - made for a few thousand dollars and a semi empty room. One of my favorites.

Exit Humanity
Kalifornia
American History X
Kung Fu Huslte
Pump Up the Volume
Dead Alive (Brain Dead)
Prometheus
The Thing
The Prestige
Groundhog Day
Twelve Monkeys
Strange Days
Se7en
The Usual Suspects
Primal Fear
Fear

There is also Haute Tension Switch Blade Romance in English. It's pretty out there. It's not for everybody. It's nothing like The Doom Generation but I find it has alot of the same feel to it.

I hope that's enough

I love that movie.

Pete Dunham: So what were you studyin' before this geezer stitched ya up?

Matt Buckner: [Hesitates] ... History

Pete Dunham: History? I teach history!

Matt Buckner: [surprised] You teach?

Pete Dunham: Yes... cheeky slag! History and P.E. What you think the GSE paid a bloody wage? Mate I'm smart as #!

www.imdb.com...

I watched 'Metropolis' (Fritz Lang) the other day. Its a great movie. If you havent gotten to it yet you should.

I know some really good TV series that you can watch online, you just got to go through the first episodes and you are hooked. Here they are :

The Walking Dead
Falling Skies
Game Of Thrones

I really enjoy them and can't wait till the next seasons come.

How about a bit of Southern hemisphere action. Two you will not regret watching (again)............

Both are hard, in-your-face tales. One reflects life in NZ and the other is about the criminal underworld in Australia

ONCE WERE WARRIORS

I've actually thought of giving game of thrones a go. I got sucked into that revolution show, but there's only 5 episodes so that burned up one evening. ha ha.
