Let me start by saying. I am a vivid lover of video games always and forever!

Now.......with all the warmongering with Iran and its nuclear program, there are many people wanting to see war with this country. How many countless threads will it take before will actually see buttons starting to get push in that direction? Many more sadly to say.

Now for you up-to-the minute gamers heres something that may interest you. The Trueman National Security Project is releasing their own game called "Tell Me How It Ends". It is a game where it allows you to be the President for a day and lets you wage for as you see it? (Made only in America, "go figures")

So what is the purpose for the game and who is it targeting? Yea..you guess it.

The purpose of this game is to teach Americans the cost and consequences of military engagement with Iran.”

You really have to love us Americans for this. This is ridiculous critical thinking b.s. if I ever saw it. I'm not even get overworked or flared up over this because today is not the day but I'm sure you'll understand.

I will sure to be looking forward and conducting more research of this game. I know we love our games but right now this is crossing the line.

Your thoughts?

Games are made until the end of days, so it doesn't surprise me at all that some anti Iran programmer , made this game. Will it provoke I don't know probably? But I remember Battle field 3 the single player missions also used Iran to infiltrate.

Yea I remember that game.

I just starting to play this right now and from the looks of it, its either this game is a deter-it for everyone in the world to play the outcome on a possible war or this has to be the funniest joke I ever seen and it seems the plans has already been made.

"If we start something, we better know how to finish it."

Sickening to hear it.

Basically we are going to start it off, and the propaganda train will shift the focus on how to end it. Never mind starting the whole thing.

Iraq all over again. I hope our military will stand up this time. I was young back then. Hearing it now, as an adult who looks at the world and shaking my head, is infuriating.

Umms..

The Truman Project advisory board includes Madeleine Albright, Gregory Craig, John Podesta, and Anne-Marie Slaughter; Rachel Kleinfeld is the President and Executive Director.[3]

I've seen some elitist stuff in my life, but man, that takes the cake.

Well...its a video game for 1 thing...I don't know how many Russians I've killed after being 4 COD series deep now...I guess to avoid the double standard...id have to say I don't see anything wrong/different about it considering the plethora of video games out there whose purpose is to destroy stuff...many of the US stuff...even US blowing up US stuff...which I personally find ironic...

Actually this game is about NOT attacking Iran. I don't see anything wrong with it.
I just played the whole game. Takes about 5-10 minutes.. It's terribly boring.

I am stuck in Iran for the next 8 years and many Israelis died... Israel attacks gaza and lebanon to stop rocket attacks..
The straits were mined and anti ship missiles deployed.

Iran supported terror attacks all over the world..

1000s of American troops die every year..

Gas doubled in just the first month or so..

It ended up about $260 a barrel..

I'm not sure the world economy would even survive such a hit to the oil prices.. I know I wouldn't be able to afford food anyway..

This is a Warning about major consequences.. Other games don't show this.

This is more of propaganda. I think the real idea of this game is for the support of Americans to wage a full scale war with this this country.

I understand the whole COD thing with the Russians and that was for kicks and giggles. Do we or "they" take it seriously? Of course not because at the end of the day, we're online racking up points for bragging right, pure entertaining purposes.

Because of the nature and timing with this whole Iran its too sensitive right now. I mean, this is like that whole anti-Muslim movie drama, you saw the consequence of that whole thing and now this rolls out onto the carpet.

I'm not sure how the rest of the world will take this but I see this as the U.S. trying pull a "punk" move to really instigate a full blown war whether sooner or later. I think this game was a bad move..so some at least.

Do you really think this game is NOT aiming to attack Iran? I made of couple click and watch a mock video and I'm already bombing them. This silly program is about Iran having WMD and U.S. just bombed them. Its simple as that, otherwise we would n't be having a great laugh over it.

Just finished this short 5 minute game. My personal game rating 1.5, although IGN would probably would've gave it a lower score.

Yes..

How would it tell you that the economy crashes and we are all poor for years and years without showing the action that causes this?

Should it have been a game about flower power to show that attacking Iran is a bad move?

Besides, I have probably attacked every country and many other worlds in my gaming carreer. I still find blowing up people to be a gross thing in real life..

It won't work for me. I was curious and went to the site.

Do you have to be on FB to play? If so, I'll just have to take everybodies word on how great or sucky the game is.

NO..

You just use a fake email address that you make up in your head.. There was an options to use your email and zip code instead of logging on to facebook. It does not however check to see if your info is legit.

For instance I am in california and my email is [email protected] (not a real email and I do not live in california)

thanks used that same email, and thought up a good pelosi cali liberal zip code.
Then I went full throttle on Iran!
I went 3 or 4 frames in and got bored out of my skull!

If it were me, I would bomb the total crap out of Iran! Who cares what the price of oil goes too! if it gets too high we will then be force to develop new energy sources which will then lead to a more green earth!
We just landed a Truck on MARS! come on we can figure out other energy resources!
Oh,
But my bombs are not what you think!
I'd bomb them with cosmopolitan, fashion magazines, pictures of young people smiling and laughing, I drop leaflets of beautiful young Iranians in Levi's and denim short short skirts on Smart phones. I show Iranian women as being not only beautiful but smart laughing in New York City talking with a group of mixed heritages.

I drop the biggest bomb of Hollywood to Bollywood movies on them!
And Yes Video Games! I give them angry birds to Halo to everything that is addicting!

I would bomb them with everything to make them dream and to believe they could have just as much fun or even more fun then Americans! Show them they can enjoy the fruits of youth and life and still hold their religious values the same way Muslims who live in the USA! Plaster an Iranian drinking a Coca Cola, and then another with a pepsi and then the 3rd with the two looking at each other thinking what one taste better!

Iran was once this way, a prosperous country with beautiful people and then Iatola Komani took over and covered everything up with black and grey! So I know their are many Iranians that long for the freedoms of color fantasy!

We just got to give the people hope and a way so they can stand up and say I want my Apple iPhone 5 and I want my internet so I can download iTunes and watch Porn!
Then we will be able to play black Ops 2 and kill zombies together in peace!
