How did Britain get a Prat like Cameron?

"....coc aine fuelled...." Very, very true. There was a video available showing a lump of congealed coc aine falling out of Cameron's nostril as he spoke in front of parliament. I sent links to that video to the Police Oracle, ("The UK's largest provider of police news and information") and to a leading private investigator website. Unfortunately that video has since been pulled though it was taken from a news clip so hopefully still exists somewhere. Cameron noticed the coc aine fall and his shoulders slumped as he realised the implications. Some estimates claim 60% of the government are coc aine fuelled. That would certainly be a logical explanation for their crazy ideas and the delusions that their wacky plans could actually work.
