the "/" stands for "and/or. Not both, per say. So no real disagreement, both are true, depends on the day and the thread.....
I have lots I disagree with re the Gov't. Anyone who doesn't have something they disagree with has to be brain dead!
I probably consider both as in the same "area-code'. They surely make me grind my teeth about the same.LOL.
Frankly, if we had the Democrat party of the Scoop Jackson era, I'd still be in that camp. These days? Bah, don't even want to talk about it....

They have tons of parties in the Israeli system, I doubt anyone would say that is a better way of doing things. They have 3 major parties in Canada, UK, 5-7 in New Zealand, 3 in Oz, but none of those nations are freer than us.

I think that I have seen left & right sides of the political spectrum agrued quite eloquently during my short time on ATS.

And of course, some of the debates have turned into flame wars as well.

But overall, I think it is pretty even. Maybe that's because I look for the opposing pionts of view.
