For those of the 'natural anomalies' mindset, I'd be great full if someone posted satellite views of Earth showing known natural features that look man made. At least we'd know how often these things can happen

Hi Boiledeggs,
For me the jury is still out on anomalies on Mars, though as of yet I haven't seen anything that couldn't be explained in lots of different ways, and the ones that are most intriguing often seem to have dubious validity in terms of their source or the digital enhancing processes.
However, on reading your question, a couple of natural Earth anomalies instantly jumped to mind, and I thought I would share them. Chances are many ATS members have seen these, and there are others, but these were two off the top of my head.
Alberta Indian iPod

The site this is from also has a nice article about it, and the co-ordinates on Google Earth, so you can find it yourself. Interestingly, the "iPod" is a man made road and an oil well.
Giants Causeway

This formation of basalt columns was due to a volcanic eruption approximately 60 million years ago, (according to this source and others I have read in the past). It has quite a varied history and folklore associated with it, as can be read on the source site.
Hope you enjoy!
Cheers

Has anyone been able to confirm the legitimacy of these photos yet?

But not in all images, these are anonymous.

'Legitimacy'? That's why the image numbers have been etched on each image to help people like you go to NASA's relevant web site and dig out the originals themselves.
Anyone can use HiView, like excentryk said, or download the JPEG2000 images and use the free IAS viewer, Kakadu or IrfanView (free) or Photoshop (not free) to view them. We can also download the images in IMG format, and see the images in NASA View or ISIS (only in Linux), both free.
The only issue is that the HiRISE images shown here have been extracted through the IAS viewer from Exelis Visual Information Solutions and ENVI image processing software which cost a bomb. The image resolution as seen through other resources like the free ones available are nowhere near as good.
I am sure that there are others out there that share this same thought, I refuse to believe that I am the only person on the planet with this view.

You will find a number of them on ATS. However, reality is not a matter of consensus or even majority and I'm not sure those who believe as you do are much more than a small minority.

No actually, there is indeed a rock looking like a human face and other things looking like animals, yeti, pharaoh so it does look like things and I am sure everyone will see them, the thing is, just formations, not artifical.
I think what we are and aren't being shown is very selective. I believe alien life is more common than we're allowed to know. The pictures of Mars just lend credence to that notion. They're slowly warming us up to the idea. Eventually they will drop the bomb on us and hope it doesn't cause widespread panic.

Can't wait to see the skeptics choke on their own puke when they finally prove the methane in Mars is being made by microbial life..either past or present!
LOL there's no way else to produce it on Mars with no Volcano's.
