2012 Olympics (take a stab in the dark)

the Olympic opening ceremony is only four days away.

It's time to have a thread where we all can freely post our speculations of what could happen during the games and how it may ultimately change the world in your opinion. There already are a lot of conspiracies concerning this event, the date alone (2012) may be reason for some to believe that something will happen.

No evidence nor sources required, all I want you to do is speculate, consider everything you have learned in the past months/years to formulate your "prediction".

Terrorist/False Flag attack?
Attack by a rogue nation?
E.T. intervention/disclosure?

The olympics are going to happen.

They'll get huge television ratings. Advertisers will make billions. Same old, same old.

i think because a lot of people expect something to happen,something will!
the british security has already admitted they are horribly unprepared.
ufo invasion ( or blue beam) i think is unlikely.
some sort of bomb threat or hijacking is more probable.
or even buckingham palace will be targeted!!!
or, how about something terrible happening in another part of the world while all eyes are on london!
perfect scenario for TPTB to pull a fast one when no one is looking!

i think there will be a few threats called in that will cause them to stop the public transport for a few hours, screwing up the entire city.
i don't think any attacks will be carried out succesfully. at least i hope there are no succesful attacks.
then after the olympics we can all go to work again without the public transport being completely clogged and incompetant.

also i beleive everything will be so far overpriced that it should be illegal.

No doubt it'll be a set-up/staged event. Who it will be blamed on i dont know but im guessing Iran...

Hopefully none of the above comes true!

The medal count will be dominated by Germany, China and the United States.

There will be a small number of UK medalists, but those particular athletes will become national treasures for the next few years.

Bob Kostas will honor the 40th anniversary of the Munich Olympic hostage crisis.
