Can't make rain?

We had the technology here in the UK to do exactly that over 60 years ago...although the testing phase wasn't exactly what you'd call ethical or safe.

1952: The RAF ran a test of a 'classified rain-making experiment', consisting of spraying 'chemicals' into clouds above a village called Lynmouth in Exmoor, England.

The objective; To research weather modification, in order to use as a weapon to cause havok to Britains enemies in times of war. If a factory is flooded, it doesn't produce. An army cannot move it's armour or it's soldiers over badly flooded terrain turned into deep swamps.

No local authorities were ever notified, nor were any of the public living in or near the village of Lynmouth warned of the testing.

The result of the MoD's little rain making experiment? It wasn't so little...

Dozens of people in the village dead and hundreds made homeless, due to extreme and sudden flash floods that occurred above the village, within hours of the MoD carrying out the aerial chemical spraying 'rain making experiment'.

Documents unearthed years later show officials involved scrambled to hide the facts, protecting themselves by ordering a decades long cover up of the experiments involving testing on the unwitting public, and burying any mention of the town of Lynmouth or the dozens of fatalities.

The relatives of the people killed and those affected were never notified of the 'rain making tests' involving chemical spraying from aircraft....or if you prefer, a precursor experiment of chemtrails.

A lesson learned?

Nope.

Throughout the 60's and 70's more extreme aerial spraying experiments were top-level authorised and carried out once again on the unsuspecting British populace, this time involving the spraying of not only toxic chemicals, but also live viruses and virulent bacterial strains...in order to test the infection and transmission spread rates...nice.

None of what i have written here is fanciful imagination or theory..it's fact. Documented fact. This is proof of the utter contempt and callous disregard for the welfare of British citizens by those who conceived and sanctioned these chemical and toxin spraying experiments throughout most of the decades of the 20th century.

Considering the depravity and barbarism displayed by those we place into positions of authority, and the depths they are willing to sink to, modern versions of these 'tests and experiments', commonly known as 'Chemtrails' around the world don't seem remotely a fanciful proposition do they?

So yeah...governments can indeed make rain...lots of rain.

Several beach volleyball & rowing session I watched live had rain.

Seems HAARP didn't work so well after all.

Thanks for the observation I conclude that previous weather statements about the skies clearing up during the Olympics were likely an exaggeration.

Lynmouth Flood

Project Cumulus

the "chemical" was salt

The experiments WERE public knowledge, and only seeded individual clouds.

Teh stalled low that caused the Lynmouth floods also bought heavy rain to the West country and Southern Wales.

sorry to ruin another good conspiracy myth with facts

Of COURSE, all experiments are ALWAYS small, ALWAYS public knowledge..or we would know about it !!!

Noone EVER does experiments without SOMEONE who would TELL us being able to find out !!

Myth

The cloud seeding tests had nothing to do with the Lynmouth floods.

www.weatheronline.co.uk...

And if we did any tests these days, we'd know, believe me!

These days, everyone and his Granny's dog can read the Met data and know what weather is expected in the next 2 weeks - and whether something unexpected happens.

I certainly dont' beleive all experiemnts aer pubnlic knowledge, but clearly these ones were - the evidence shows it. you are in favour of evidence aren't you??

Do you have some real evidence that shows otherwise?? Something other than sarcastic whining??

AtG was referring to a specific, named incident and was also correct, so that silly rant was entirely uncalled for.
