Using my countless years of computer repair experience, I sense your problem stems from what 80-90% of peoples computer problems stem from...
.
.
.
.
User error.

1. There is no crap in your computer. Smashing it with the purpose of extracting crap would therefore be futile.

2. If you desire help in the computer forums, you may want to detail a specific problem. Otherwise, this is merely a rant.

I can kill a computer in under one hour by willy nilly surfing and you can half that time frame for porn sites
I've had my HP box running win 7 up and running for almost three years now without even a program error. I run free Avast AV and free zone alarm Fire Wall with no issues. I ten to agree with the operator error scenario in most computer related issues.

Dont take your computer to a "repair shop" for a virus. Clearing viruses is easy, just google. They probably did a system restore witch is why you lost all of your book marks.
