For Employees Of The Federal Government: The First Declaration Of Independence (and a new one...)

You guys seem to forget who you work for.

You need to take a few minutes and watch this video, mentally comparing what the Early Americans stood up against to the conditions in the country right now. Apparently you need to be reminded why we had to have a Revolution to attain the Natural Rights of men which were embraced by the Founders.

Whether by your own evil design, your willing collusion with traitors to this Great Republic who would like nothing more than to see it fall, or by your apathy and your cowardly refusal to uphold your oaths of office to protect and defend The Constitution from all enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC, you are setting up the circumstances where a Second War for Independence will become inevitable.



To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

We, the People of the United States of America, call for the immediate impeachment of President Barack Hussein Obama for High Crimes and Misdemeanors against the People, including the crimes of Treason and Murder.

We call on any of our Representatives in the House, and those in the Senate, who still have an ounce of integrity, to uphold their oaths of office and defend the Constitution as they have sworn to do.

We call upon Patriots in the Armed Forces and Civil Authorities to refuse any Unlawful Order, including the forced disarmament of American Citizens, their forced detention without Due Process, their rendition to Foreign Shores, or their arrest on any Charge without a Warrant that has been signed by a Judge, and which has been issued upon probable cause.

We call upon ALL Americans to stand firm on the Constitution as it was written so long ago. Natural Rights do not diminish over time, nor can they be legislated out of existence; they can only be forfeited willingly. Honor the Sacred Blood which has been shed for the Liberty of ALL Americans, and hold fast to the rights which Nature and Nature's God has apportioned us; by force of arms if their immediate safety is threatened.

We, therefore, the People of the United States of America, by Popular assent, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these United States, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of Right ought to remain Free and Independent States, that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the Federal Government in its current form, and that all political connection between them and the Obama Administration, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our Sacred Honor. The time has come for our voices to be heard, before more Sacred Blood must be shed.

Now the only problem is, getting this info to the rest of this once great country... If people would only take a few minutes away from their tv's and reflect on what is really happening here... we have become the very enemy our forefathers fought off... and no body seems to give a crap

What is that video from? That was really good... definitely good for getting the trendies/sheeples attention... Amazing that it is only one of the most sacred documents which no one has ever read... but with all of hollywood speaking it, it might hit home for some of them...

The OP video struck me because as I was listening to it, I could see all of the headlines over the past three years that fit the Intolerable Acts of King George. I'm hoping that if they HEAR it, those in government who are still complacent, or on the fence, might get off their ass, suck it up, and make their voices heard before they can no longer be heard above the din of gunfire.

While it is a great video, I wonder if these Hollywood types really feel this way. Many shown have acted otherwise by actively supporting the POTUS.

Most of the reasons you list are impeachable offenses.
Those who create and interpret the law must also abide by the same.
Otherwise our Republic is a sham and is merely a functionary of powerful international interests.

Beautiful use of the very same language that gives the original document it's great power and ability to move the hearts of men.

I've been "stewing" on it for a while, but I only started writing it an hour ago. After watching the OP video, I just had to draw the comparisons while I was extremely motivated. And all I did was rework the original DOI (which pretty much says all that needs to be said) so I can't claim any credit except linking to contemporary examples of the Intolerable Acts.

You mean the "Super Congress" that didn't manage do accomplish anything? The "Super Congress" that got together and did nothing, then disbanded at the specified deadline to accomplish the cost cutting goals?

I think that once the process of state sovereignty is completed by all states that many, if not all "Federal" problems will become null and void. I feel taking back the country one county at a time, one state at time is the way to go, as is being done!

What the"Super Congress" did or didn't do was never the issue -
It was the creation of an unconstitutional body to bypass Congress.
Immoral, illegal, impeachable - all apply.

I like to think on a more positive note, such as, they have maintained an illusion of control! As long as we think they ARE in control and accept that, they are in control! Truly if a good majority of the people awaken, their perceived control goes down the drain. Positive though begets positivity!
