3 days early (not to be nit picky!) - St Patricks Day is the 19th March.

However, i digress.......happy St Patricks to you too. Won't be for all you Irish though when you lose to England at Twickenham!

And a Happy St. Patrick's Day to you as well. If nothing else, the hangover may last until the 19th for some people I know. It's ALMOST as big of an amature night as New Years. Plus, I'm in NOLA this week so I'm sure you can figure how that is going to go down.

Um, no it is not. St Patrick's Day is the 17th March. Always has been. This year it just so happens that the associated Bank Holiday is on the 19th because the Saint's Day falls on a Saturday.

Well, in about an hour or so.

Happy .......st patty day to everyone. I made my corned beef and cabbage today. I can't understand why the day is different here and in Ireland. It's Irish, we don't have anything else going on on the nineteenth so why change it?

Ok,let me correct myself for your pleasure then.

Semantics.
Thought the pic would override that.
Cheers!!!!!!!!!!!!!

St. Patrick's Day

The day is generally characterised by the attendance of church services,[4][5] wearing of green attire[6] and the lifting of Lenten restrictions on eating, and drinking alcohol,[6][7][8] which is often proscribed during the rest of the season.[4][6][7][8]

Missed that memo on attending church and lent and all.

Chances on finding a four leaf clover is 1 in 10,000.

I have two I have found.

Call me lucky.
