I haven't posted in the predictions board before but here is my prediction

My prediction is, mass populations are going to be misled and are falling prey to a massive psy-op being perpretrated on behalf of the questionable organization: Invisible Children.

Others individuals/ organizations may directly or indirectly be involved as well
Keep in mind if Obama agrees to intervene in Uganda this would serve his public image GREATLY during this time of year

1. Their video is riddled with Obama logo's (we've seen those shortlived Hope posters before!)
Why are they trying to perpetuate a bi-partisan cause, when they are openly supporting Barack Obama here?
Obama has lied, he has murdered, supports Wall St., the military industrial complex, signed NDAA, blindly supports Zionism, and doesn't say # about Palestine/Gaza. But now all of a sudden he is a genuine humanitarian, I think not!

Look at the choice of colors used here:

Remind you of something?

2. They working with the mainstream music industry who have been exposed as satanists/ Illuminati/ Freemasons who have sold their souls to perpetuate messages of division, excessive materialism, sexualisation of children, and violence, from the likes of Jay Z, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna

3. Censorship! This website, visiblechildren.tumblr.com... which questions Invisible Children's legitimacy HAS BEEN BLOCKED FROM FACEBOOK.

Apparently visiblechildren.tumblr.com was blocked from being posted on Facebook. How annoying. Complain to Facebook here and post “visiblechildren[dot]tumblr[dot]com” for now. I hope your Facebook friends are smart enough to work out that they need to replace the dots!

Funny, did anyone notice Mark Zuckerburg's picture in their video? He was one of the people they were collaborating with, now I know why that site is blocked!

Look at that tumblr page and you will come to same conclusions I did, Invisible Children may be shedding light on a very important cause, however it appears special interests are once again the motivation for them.

Invisible Children has been condemned time and time again. As a registered not-for-profit, its finances are public. Last year, the organization spent $8,676,614. Only 32% went to direct services (page 6), with much of the rest going to staff salaries, travel and transport, and film production. This is far from ideal, and Charity Navigator rates their accountability 2/4 stars because they haven’t had their finances externally audited. But it goes way deeper than that.

I don't think genuine peacekeepers proudly pose infront of cameras like this

The group is in favour of direct military intervention, and their money funds the Ugandan government’s army and various other military forces. Here’s a photo of the founders of Invisible Children posing with weapons and personnel of the Sudan People’s Liberation Army. Both the Ugandan army and Sudan People’s Liberation Army are riddled with accusations of rape and looting, but Invisible Children defends them, arguing that the Ugandan army is “better equipped than that of any of the other affected countries”, although Kony is no longer active in Uganda and hasn’t been since 2006 by their own admission.

visiblechildren.tumblr.com...

Kony is an evil criminal, and murderer, and he should be stopped and brought to justice!
However I'm pretty sure I've seen how many times interventionist policy 99% of the time serves special interests (resources, strategy, military industrial complex) and I don't think military intervention is going to solve ANYTHING

The makers of this film try to make it sound like this problem is 2 dimensional.
Take Kony out and the problem is solved.
Right so lets kill 30,000 kids in the process, and potentially instigate an uprising on Kony's behalf which can lead to a civil war in the region, I think not.
I don't know what the solution is at this time regarding Kony's militia,
But awareness through independent study on the issue is the best thing

All I gota say is, people remain VIGILANT. Don't fall prey to emotion and throw logic & reasoning out the window.
Everyone remember 911? Remember how quickly the world accepted interventionist policy?
911 was never properly investigated. Osama Bin Laden was most likely not responsible for the attack, and Sadam DEFINITELY wasn't involved... but look what happend.
Your rights are being shredded like cheese, wars are being justified left and right over shadowy special interests, and the cause of all this STILL hasn't properly been investigated! BE VIGILANT

EDIT: oh god, look at the people they are telling us will "help us". ATS, you can come to your own conclusions on these individuals...

I have to completely agree with you. I went on facebook a few hours ago and I saw the same link shared by 20 people, another dozen have bought some Kony kit and quite frankly you can feel its not as good as it seems. Throwing money, soldiers and bombs at this is NOT going to fix the problem. These people calling for an intervention are going to be creating the new 'terrorists' of this generation and my biggest fear that if even if Kony is removed, whats to say someone else wont take his place? To say that one man is completely responsible for this is beyond stupid. It is a problem all across Africa, and even across the world (example parts of asia).

It is good that people are trying to benefit the cause but the way our western governments would address this situation it would definitely leave Uganda and Africa in a worse position.

Joseph Kony has been involved in these types of atrocities for a long time now and not just in Uganda. He is by far the biggest monster on the planet and has been getting away with it for far too long.

Saying this whole thing is a Psy-Op is not only disingenuous, it is actually rather disturbing. I suggest you actually look into Joseph Kony and the LRA.

If you do not like the Invisible Children thing then fine but to simply dismiss Kony is wrong on so many levels.

I never dismissed Kony. I don't think Invisible Children has brought nearly enuogh light to the issue and the complications regarding his persecution, instead it appears they cling to sway viewers with emotion

You're right it is wrong for one to be against this.
If you're against this then you must be FOR the abuse of children, right?

Hmm.. Kinda reminds me of SOPA/PIPA debate of child pornography on a whole new and much larger level.
The OP is right, it smells like a psy-op.

Based off what I have seen far I believe this is a psy-op, but remember it is only a prediction I am making

We will still have to see how action actually unfolds in the political atmosphere

IMO public pressure will demand Obama to do something about the situation
Obama will be forced to do what he does best, pull the trigger first, and ask questions later
Solution: We'll have to see if he actually succeeds in finding Kony, maybe the CIA already has him?
Obama will be praised regardless if he adheres to the voice of the people on this matter

What may happen over the next few days can be summarized as a classical example of:
Problem
Reaction
Solution

Sorry, i didn't necessarily mean that as an attack against you in particular. I have been aware of Kony and the acts he perpetrates for a long time. My background is conflict resolution / peace keeping. I have long standing friends still involved in this field all over the world but many have worked in areas where Kony has been active. As such, i have a deep rooted hatred for the man and everything he stands for.

Take the Democratic Republic of the Congo. There has been there now for 40 years. Think about that. Every dark act that has been committed in modern humanity in the last 40 years has happened at some point there, every torture you can possibly imagine simply for not being fast enough to hide in the forests. And during that 40 year period of hell, the most feared of all is Joseph Kony and the LRA.

Child soldiers can be rehabilitated. Look at work in Sierra Leone with the child soldiers from the civil war or even in Liberia (to a lesser extent).

The moment I looked at the first image I thought "looks like these guys are MI6 and somehow this involves the Sudan".

I'm not familiar with Kony or Invisible children, but I do know that the Sudan is on the US list of countries they want to take over. Did I hear intimations of UN intervention to "protect civilians" again like they did in Libya?

I need to learn more about this.

Kony and the LRA move around. They were active in Sudan, Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda (and various others).

In parts of Rwanda, the LRA still come en masse from Congo, take whole towns hostage for a week or longer and basically indulge in rape parties. It is very difficult to get information about this but it is out there for those patient enough to search. For some reason, the world seems to think that Rwanda could be forgotten about again after the genocide.

I have no opinion one way or the other on Invisible Children. I have a very strong opinion about the LRA. I would honestly like to see Kony being destroyed cell by cell live on TV.

Just wanted to say thanks in this thread like I did in the other, for bringing more current information to light.
I posted my own prediction, of sorts, in that other thread. One of three things happening with this, and I believe your right.
It is stories like this, that prove how many sheep there really are in the world. Just blindly believe what you are being told, without taking 5 minutes to investigate a bit more.

Just sucks that they are using an awful situation that should have been dealt with years ago, for their own agenda.

Ironically enough, many of the high school kids I teach were told about this "Invisible Children" project through their church youth groups. That's all I've been hearing about in the classrooms since last thursday. The fact that they were spewing out a lot of weird stuff to me about it makes me wonder if it isn't indeed a psy-op. The kids come to me all the time about this type of stuff because I'm the "cool" teacher. The same thing is now spreading all over Facebook like wildfire. That Kony guy seems like one bad dude, but is this another attempt to bring American influence into a region that it has no business being in? Even my more skeptical, intelligent friends are falling into this whole thing. I'll reserve judgment until I get all the facts.

With that being said, something smells rotten in the state of Denmark.

People please comment and flag this thread, we need people to hear the other side of the story!

It appears helpless to go against the mass population and try and question these guys' legitimacy, but thats why I come to ATS!

May God arise and such evil doers fall in their own pit, trashed forever.

May God be thickly with all children in all their struggles.

I hope thats not directed at me ?

Guys Kony is a bad guy, don't get me wrong, he is a murderer, child abuser, responsible for exploitation and slavery
But I seriously think people are NOT thinking critically about this and rushing to a conclusion based on evidence presented through emotion

Look at the people they are telling us will "help" us!

Bush (war criminal, skull & bonesman, Rice (war criminal), Warren Buffet (NWO sellout), Romney (corporate sellout), Stephen Harper (NWO sellout), John Kerry (skull and bonesman), Bill O'reilly (???),Jay-Z (illuminati sellout), Lady Gaga (satanist, occultist), Rihanna (satanist, occultist), Mark Zuckerburg (OWNS Facebook, responsible for censorship)
This is such a joke on so many levels!

Just as a little side note, I've posted the opposing view's website to my Facebook in the format they suggested, as well as a little blurb about it. I've already gotten hate mail from people asking me if I'm out of my mind or how I could turn a blind eye to children because I'm a teacher. Each response I posted was worded: "I don't make a habit of blindly following things. I like to have all my facts in order before supporting a cause." Boy, did that cause some tension.

This is already worse than I thought. Keep this thread going. I'm interested in seeing the responses others got from posting the opposing view's link on their Facebook.

I was once heavily involved in the Invisible Children Awareness Campaign..

all i am saying is that I no longer am, because the ORIGINAL campaign is done.
I almost feel like this is a completely different Invisible Children org... The original purpose was truly to promote arms awareness and bring too light the tragedies in Africa.

Dont ever trust an Organization without a CLEAR and ACCOUNTABLE leader. Other wise its a front for something Else. Always. Always. Always.

KONY is a bad man.. but had nothing to do with the original purpose.

Never Trust International Political Organizations... Making the american public hate Kony? Similar tactic to making the public believe Iraq had some WWDs.

My god. Every single kid in America has something about Kony on their status.. He truly is the

I do really want to see this evil s.o.b brought to justice, but something tells me this sudden "concern" for Ugandans has a sinister agenda behind it definitely, and at such a critical moment for America with the elections and all, looks to me like Obama thought the public weren't impressed enough with him catching Osama, wouldnt be surprised if in the next few days Obama makes some speech about this issue.

UPDATE: It appears as of a few minutes ago Facebook has removed the block on the website visiblechildren.tumblr.com...

Too little, too late. I have the evidence. This was blatant censorship, Mark Zuckerburg certainly had some say in this. The truth always prevails!
