Are these people idiots or what,i live in Australia and let me tell you there are towns that have been cut in half by flood waters and a wall of water is presently moving down the river systems

The NSW State Emergency Service has slammed the producers of the French version of The Amazing Race, after contestants were sent into flooded areas of NSW, unaware of the dangers and without notifying authorities.

The things some people will do for some ratings, lol

Gunnedah Shire's tourism and marketing manager Belinda Hockings said they did not know about the flood danger and "would not take no for an answer when told about the risks".

As far as Im concerned they should be billed for any rescues, you get lost in a flood in the Aussie outback and chances are you will never be found

>Shakes head< When will people learn, if you go to a foreign country get any relevant info first. People must just think Australia is a big safe theme park, always coming over and getting lost, drowning, winding up in shallow graves at Wolf Creek... at the very least, watch the news on your first night to find out what's going on!
Here's an alternative scenario...Amazing Race Middle East. Watch as teams make their way on foot from Damascus to Baghdad carrying a range of pork products...

So long as the teams are the producers, execs and writers, I would love to see that show!

Theres certainly the potential for a large lawsuit here then again im not sure what sort of waivers they are required to sign still its gross negligence to send them in without checking the local conditions
