LOL when will birthers give it a rest?!

There is really no need to whine anymore because his term is coming to an end. No sane, rational, awake person will vote for him.

Yes all of them will be voting for Mitt Romney or Newt Gingrich or Rick Santorum. The choice of all the sane, rational, "awake" people.

The OP source is a blog.

This case is based on the fact that Obama's father was not a US citizen...

I wonder... If Obama's father had been dead when he was born, would he be a natural-born citizen? Born to a single mother on US soil with no father?

For this Georgia case to have merit, every person born in the US to a US citizen would have to be able to vouch for the citizenship of the father for them to be considered natural-born and that's not the case... What if the father is dead and has no citizenship? Does that mean the kid is in some citizen limbo?

The birther case is frivolous.

This is how I understand it to be.. as well.

allow me to state it as I understand it... If your father is a citizen of Africa and you mother is a citizen from Hawaii and the mother has a child in the states it doesn't mean you given citizenship in the U.S. You Should be known as a child of the father which is a citizen of Africa??

Why did this nonsense thread get saved from oblivion? If we wanna debate obama, there's plenty of good threads to do that on. Let this garbage stay in the trash@

NO NO NO NO NO NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Born on US soil - - equal Natural Born Citizen. PERIOD! (except in cases of Foreign Diplomats).

Where your parents - - either/or are born - - is not relevant.
