Sounds like the tripe he's been spewing for the last 3 year promises promises delievering nothing.

Congress made it impossible for him to approve the deal in the time that he had. Canada is going to reapply when there is more time.

Infrastructure are STATE AND LOCAL issues.

Robbing states that get no benefits is sheer stupidity because the states with the highest population will always get the most benefit and cost to most to do.

Whch means more union bailouts.

For a dog and pony show, at least I am hearing solutions suggested instead of just identifying problems, and some of them make sense to me. < ducks thrown tomatoes and lettuce >
