Watch out there is an angry mob with pitchforks behind you.

Led by Ray Lewis.

Talk about the kick that stopped the superbowl.

I have never seen an entire team drop their mouths open before.

Wrong. Ray Lewis supported Cundiff, saying that "We lose as a team". If you want to start a sports thread, watch ESPN once in a while. Get it right. I've been hearing Ray's remarks since last night.

Just watched Ace Ventura yesterday... Ray Finkle...

Lol maybe the kicker will go nuts, become a tranny, join the police force and try to take revenge on the patriots some day...

It was a joke, lighten up.

This is why sports junkies are so annoying.

Besides, they have to publicly support the team. This might of been Ray's last chance at the superbowl before retirement.

I get the joke but I have to be a ass and correct things I know are false. To be more of a ass, I have to say Lewis also stated he isn't retiring.

They should just cut Cundiff. He'll get a job with another team and the Ravens don't have to deal with all the questions next season. While they were not pushing him under the bus yesterday after the game it's probably a little different in the locker room. Some guys will have resentment against the lowly kicker that cost them a chance at the Super Bowl, never mind the guy who dropped a certain touchdown on the play before.

Scapegoating is far from perfect, just ask Bill Buckner or Steve Bartman. Neither one cost their teams the World Series/L.C.S. but are ingrained in history as guys who did exactly that.

So you go around correcting jokes? You must get invited to a lot of parties.

I am glad Lewis is not retiring. I like him.

But playing football at 37. ouch.
