Red Sea Volcanic Eruption (Video)

An eruption has just took place on January 2nd in Mt Zugar (?? Never heard or found anything on the web about this volcano) on the Red Sea in the region between Saudi Arabia and Yemen (At least where Tectonic plates meet), although the video below and the given description somewhat lacks reliability I still find this eruption extremely interesting nonetheless.

Perhaps someone here knows more about it and can provide some extra details regarding this eruption. I for one would really like to know more about it.

It created an island, but scientists weren't sure if the island would last.

I think the "island" created by the eruption broke above the waters surface on December 23, 2011.

As such, it is very new and unlikely to be noted anywhere much around the net, just yet.
