Consistently the most donations from active and non-active military service persons compared to the rest of the GOP field & Obama.

I don't need to say anything, they speak for themselves.

And it goes on like this, please visit this link to see more veterans speak their mind.

Well i guess if Ron Paul wins, and if he is a good guy then lets hope he can control the military. According to Laura Eisenhowser Ickes Great Granddaughter him and Kennedy were the last presidents before the Shadow government took control. We know what happened to Kenedy as he was trying to fight back.

So if he wins and he is a good guy then support him, but everyone has to band together otherwise the people in power will still win.

I got it!

These guys want a leader! If RP had to send them to war, they know it would be for the correct reasons.
btw, since when did the military start issuing Multicam to the troops? Or are they buying it themselves?

So you linked a bunch of pictures and videos.

You didn't really give much of what you want to discuss.

Is this a discussion thread or a Ron Paul ad?

My friend's in the air guard...

and he's voting for RP in 2012!

We should take a step back from listening to our main stream media outlets and listen to the soldiers, veterans, and any and all military men/women...

They took an oath to protect the constitution... RP is a consistent defender of the constitution... it only makes sense that military personnel would like him!

He is basically demonstrating that our military prefers Ron Paul over all others, and wants to know if others have figured it out yet.

This is important for our country to know, what with all those yellow ribbons I see on the back of so many vehicles claiming to support our troops, I would expect they'd care to know who the troops they support are supporting for 2012.

I'd venture to guess eLPresidente intends for discussion to relate to these facts. So let the discussion begin.

Ron Paul says military has given him more campaign contributions than any other GOPer or Obama!

That said, from April through June, Paul fielded more than $25,000 from individuals who listed their employer as a branch of the military.

Combined, six other Republican presidential candidates listed donations from members of the military totaling about $9,000. Our most-to-least breakdown: Herman Cain, $2,850; Mitt Romney, $2,750; Michele Bachmann, $2,250; Newt Gingrich, $500; and Tim Pawlenty and Rick Santorum, $250 each.

On the Democratic side, Obama’s campaign received more than $16,000 in donations from members of the military.

That is from early summer, but more recently it is even more dramatic in Paul's favor.

There isn't any deception in this thread, the point I'm getting across is very simple.

Many like to claim Ron Paul's foreign policy is extreme but it seems he gets a vast amount of military support, dedicated I might add. Enough for them to actively participate in the Ron Paul Revolution.

Our troops on the ground and gathering intelligence around the world know Ron Paul is right, active duty military servicepersons cannot openly endorse a candidate, they can't even pledge their vote but they speak to us through their donations. Some that are not active have chosen to openly support Ron Paul all the way, which one of the other candidates have military support like Ron?

It is very clear and doesn't take much to see.

Couldn't they all be thrown in jail for supporting Ron Paul and not the current POTUS? Insubordination or something to that effect?

So people half a planet away, in a war zone, listening to state run media have an opinion on what is currently happening here right now? That seems quite anithetical to everything every ATS member stands for.

Yes, it does seem directly opposed to some ATS members viewpoint.

The entire US military is half a planet away?
But seriously. The internet goes where the military does for the most part, and yes - Of course they have an opinion and are informed.

They might not get the chance to check the news or discussion forums as frequently as everyone else in the states, but they do get the chance.

Ignorant to think they don't know what's going on, considering media outlets are everywhere now. Things spread around the internet faster than anything else these days.

Wait. What???
I must have missed something.

Can somebody please explain how being half a world away in a war zone listening to state run media could result in overwhelming military support of someone that they continually ignore or at the least, ridicule?
