Nice interesting find, hmm makes you wonder how big insects of today can get. Is the oxygen in the area they are found different a little allowing them such large growth or is it polllution radiation included, smh? either way nice find tarifa37, thanks. Now the Locust cousins* in the deep
I wonder if any have been found or their shedings in caves yet.

What does the world's heaviest insect eat?

carrots

You would think it would take the heads off of puppies, but its vegetarian. Kind of anti climatic.

I have this overwhelming sense that insects may actually have souls. A spirit. A consciousness if you will. I have a new found respect especially for this fellow. He and his 'fam' are probably our space-cousins....... twice removed!

I can deal with just about anything.... but if I saw that in my bathroom I think I'd have kittens! Yeah, he's cute.... several thousand miles away, in a tree, enjoying its life where it is. Cute via comp, or tv, or picture. In real life, a WHOLE different story!

Bet he can keep up half a town at night singing too!
