Barny Frank won't seek reelection
Bu-bye!

32 years supposedly representing the people of Massachussetts.
He'll be 72 at the end of this term
Anyone think he'll apologize for all the damage he's done through the years?
Anyone think he'll apologize for his hand in the economic crisis we are in?
He had a big hand in it all. Nope. I don't think he'll apologize either.

im honestly surprised hes not going to re-run... Guess he made enough dirty money over the years. Or is he just bailing on the obama boat?

Best news I've heard in a while. Be fantastic not to have to listen to the fool on TV on a regular basis.

He'll probably just go back to running that whore house he had going in his Beacon Hill brownstone a few years back. Better coin than the congressional salary.

If only the other members of the House and Senate would make a similar unanimous decision for the good of the country.

But I will take what I can get. And Barney, you may leave now if you like.

He's coming under scrutiny more and more due to Freddie and Fanny, and when he was presented with a potential cost of a court case, his face is said to have blanched. I personally am glad to see him go; it shouldda happened 25 years ago.

Here's a 'mission' for anyone who has a bit of spare time as I'm pretty much swamped today . .. What was the net worth of Barney Frank the day he entered congress and what is his net worth upon leaving.

I'm wagering it's probably a lot higher than when he jumped on the goverenment gravy train.
