All though I sometimes look at some parents and wonder in amazement how they are allowed to breed, or even how they worked out how to breed, it is however a very dangerous road to go down.
Means testing - then what?
Maybe an IQ test....or maybe just those with blond hair and blue eyes get to reproduce?

I'm sure you aren't advocating that but I'm also sure you recognise it's a very dangerous and slippery slope.

But the reality is the world is over crowded and it's getting worse.

If something is to be done about it then it requires a degree of openness and honesty that very few are prepared or are able to show.
One thing is for certain, there are no easy answers.

As for Africa?
It is riddled with corruption, internecine tribal and religious warfare, dogma and hocus pokery etc.

My point was if you had implied that the plight of starving children in Africa was even partially due to African males not being able to keep their dicks in their trousers and African women's inability to keep their legs shut without having the wherewithall to support the result of such actions as you implied was the case in the UK then there most likely would be an unholy hullabaloo.

Of course there are sliightly different dynamics in Africa to what there are in the UK but we are repeatedly told people are just people no matter where we come from.
And that is true.
So why the difference in standards?

And as for the UK.
Yes, far too many people ponce off and exploit the benefit system.
But contrary to what some may have you believe, those people are in the minority.
Most have paid into the NHS and Welfare System one way or another and the vast majority are loving parents who want only what is best for their children.
That they are alive in a time where those in positions of power, influence and responsibility are hell bent on turning the clock back 150 or so years is not their fault.
That we are even discussing the possibility in this day and age that so many people could be raised in relative poverty is an indication of how far this country is regressing.
