The movie...

sohowww.nascom.nasa.gov...

Hey everybody. This is the latest image from Soho and I was just wondering if anybody had a good explanation for it. The movie shows it moving towards the sun.

Yes I spotted this on SOHO before as well. Im not going to jump to any conclusion to hastly. But that does seem very large. Ill just debunk the space bug on the lens now.

Really?
There's at least 2 of these threads a week on ATS..
Please tell me you've checked that it's NOT a planet or some other celestial body before posting this..

Yeah it's Venus, well not going to say 100% it is, but Venus is right next to the sun right now..

If you can direct me to a site that shows Soho's position relative to the orbiting bodies, I will check it out. I did make an attempt to google that information, but I didn't find anything.

How about the fact that if you open up any star glazing program, that Venus is in the exact same spot as this "object"

Alot of people read the OPs post and if they agree with it they flag it and move on, kinda defeats the Flag system....

Here is an image of Venus's location today, for those too lazy to check for themselves

I'd say it is definitely Venus.

Well the guy under your post say Mercury.. so wich on is it. Do I just pick my champion and "hope" its the truth. or do I want to see some proff ? U are all strangers to me, I need more then... its a this and its a that...

Present some proof, and NO im not going to do some research myself, but since you say its Venus, I guess you have. Then present it, dont be shy. post some pictures, lay down some links

SOHO is always in L1, which is directly between the Earth and the Sun. Venus is on the opposite side of the Sun.
