Hello, I am new here

Hello, I have been reading through this site without being a member. Using search to find some things and topics interested in trying to read more about it. I heard of this site through a few people and word of mouth , and I think I need 20 posts or so before I can make a thread. I don't know in depth about most of what the people here talk about. I heard about some things maybe right about cruel and unusual punishment, NAMI National Association of Mental Illness Rights and trying to contact the police without physical proof.
