I read the entire necroscope series and realy enjoyed them, you wont get any more good vampire novels now though, the twilight sagas has put and end to good vampire stories

The first edition of The Necroscope by Brian Lumley, is in paperback, the art work on the cover was so bad that the book was redone with the more familiar Skull with the time line's coming from it. The very first print has a Yellow spine with Necroscope in Red print. So rare that i cant even find a picture of the front cover on the web.
Maybe i should take a picture of my original 1986 unread, signed 1st edition and upload it too Wikipedia or were ? i dont know.
This is one of my favorite book's and i purchased my copy from Mrs Lumley, and would take a lot to get me too part from it if atoll. Not often you get the chance to own a first edition signed by the author and also unread

I want it to become a movie trilogy before I die! I thought it was in the works, but I haven't heard anything on it. When asked what my fav book is, oh it's the whole Necroscope series, with The Hobbit a distant second.
