Disclosure is upon us. Even NSA is now releasing their ET files. The journal that they released is about some codes that they received from outer space and how they decoded the message. The decoding is not yet complete though. Someone here who is interested in decoding messages can try to decode the message that was posted in the journal.

What is important here is that the NSA didn't hide the fact that they indeed received a message from outer space.

On October 21, 2004, the NSA approved for release to the public a portion of their NSA Journal Vol. XIV No. 1. This is a report of a presentation given to the NSA by Dr. Howard Campaigne regarding the decoding of extraterrestrial messages that had been received “form outer space”. Apparently, these messages had actually been received via the Sputnik satellite, but no one had any idea how to decode them at the time.

there are previous threads on this very subject. it's been the general opinion of those that have participated in all those threads that the messages were tests by a nsa code cracker leader who made them to test his guys.

This was Unclassified in a NSA Technical Journal and the article was instructive in nature. This is not a disclosure of super secret contact info. Maybe it was a hypothetical situation used as a training technique.

There was already a thread about this, but the general consensus became that NSA wasn't admitting contact, but discussing an exercise for decoding an extraterrestrial signal if recieved. Also, an "extraterrestrial signal" doesn't necessarily mean it came from a living or once living source; most celestial bodies send some form of natural signals that we can pick up.
